Online check in process was fine. Taking and uploading pictures was kind of a clunky process that can be improved upon. I didn’t like the reference contact or employer contact options and didn’t know that I needed a passport so I had to go home and get that. Also, as a homeowner I don’t have a copy of a lease. Renting a car is a much smoother process so if you can align the experience to be similar to that, it would go a long way.
