Chose this location because they showed Sunday hours and I had trouble with my rental last week. Well, ended up on the phone with U-Haul AGAIN!! They had to switch my reservation to an online pickup!! Two weeks in a row I have had a bad experience with U-Haul. I am renting again today, a cargo trailer, not sure how that can get messed up!! Also, the problem with me getting into the app this whole time has been my phone #, it had my old one. I advised them the 1st time my # had changed but they never updated it. I did it myself. WOW
