Everything went smoothly only issue was limited to no parking during pickup, This location was very out of my way due to a truck availability issue that u-haul online booking did not property display. However this location was helpful in accommodating the later pick up time.

Simple easy process
Steve HCalling ahead to advise to make arrangements for expectation that ordered moving supplies are not available
Alesha HPicking up the truck at this site was a better-than-expected experience. Kimberly phoned me as my wife and I were a couple of hours away and asked whether we would be arriving at 2:30, the time I had indicated on the online form. I told her we would actually be a little early. Kimberly volunteered to move up her lunch break to be sure that she was in office when we arrived. When we got there, she was helpful and pleasant and the truck was just as expected.
