The representative did not want to take the time to properly inspect the truck with me so that I could verify everything was in order. This was disappointing and did not reflect good customer service. I felt rushed, and my concerns were not given proper attention. I believe customer service requires patience, professionalism, and a willingness to serve well. At minimum, a representative should be willing to walk through an inspection to ensure clarity and accountability for both parties. Unfortunately, that did not occur. I am praying that God helps him grow in understanding, humility, and excellence in his role, and to remember that serving customers well is part of the responsibility of the position—and ultimately how one earns trust and a paycheck. I value respect, clear communication, and accountability, and I hope this feedback is received in the spirit of improvement and professionalism.

HAROLD GChose this location because they showed Sunday hours and I had trouble with my rental last week. Well, ended up on the phone with U-Haul AGAIN!! They had to switch my reservation to an online pickup!! Two weeks in a row I have had a bad experience with U-Haul. I am renting again today, a cargo trailer, not sure how that can get messed up!! Also, the problem with me getting into the app this whole time has been my phone #, it had my old one. I advised them the 1st time my # had changed but they never updated it. I did it myself. WOW
