Returned the truck on the date per the contract but it was closed (Monday after Easter) Joel was there and able to check it in. Since it was closed he could not assist me with modifying the payment but said to come back the following day. Went back and was told since the truck was checked it he was not able to do it. Our trailor had 2 bald tires on the left side. I worried the night before about even making it to my destination (SLC). We did make it, the tailor itself was great,, just the condition of the tires. The receiving point said they will replace all 4 tires. Scary trip!!!!!JERRY P.

Have all equipment at the same place and make sure it is in working condition. Straps were fried on tow dolly which was at a different location than where we picked the truck up from. They tried to tell us frayed straps were OK and would PROBABLY get us to our destination! We said no then they told us we would have to come back the next day. Then uhaul called and said they had a dolly for us to pick up and that we had 15 minutes to let them know if we wanted it said we had to pick up that night and if we didn't we may take a chance of it not being there. This was at a totally different location. So this meant stop our loading and go get it. Total pain. When I spoke to the lady at uhaul and told her I was unhappy and she was smart mouthed and then I asked her to make a formal complaint and she said "me" I said I want a person above you. She gave me an 800 said have a nice day and hung up on me. Very poor service. I believe she said she a as at a ND office and I spoke to her on Thursday the 25th. I also was very confused when. I got 3 phone calls from people from other places that wanted to know if I wanted to rent a tow dolly. If uhaul was going to have another company rent me the dolly they should have informed me of that.BERNIDA G.

The gentlemen that helped us was very friendly and helpful. The only trouble we had was there were so many cars in the lot we did not have a good way of getting the uhal unit in the lot and had to park in front of another business and walk over to the building.Megan E.

We tried to return it on Sunday when it was due to be back and they weren't open and the website said they were That's why I chose them. And then Monday when we returned it cuz it said we had till Monday to return it they charged us another $29.32 for an extra day expense. I want that refunded 21803677 was my account number. Having to pay an extra day is bull. Please refund the extra day charge.Jesse H.

Can't recommend or not recommend this place. Was closed when I dropped trailer off. Lot is small and cramped being a used car lot and UHaul place. No clear indication of where to park vehicles/trailers. Had to back trailer in between a couple used cars and a light pole.Barry K.

There needs to be a more noticeable sign for UHAUL. There were no UHAUL trucks easily visible from the main road to show the location either, the trucks were tucked back behind some buildings and the place that was more prominent in front of the UHAUL trucks was the car dealership of sorts.Heather A.

The equipment that I picked up was broken. But you wouldn't know what since you didn't check the trailer before you gave it to me. Broken tail lights and duct tape holding brackets to the frame...I had to zip tie the lights to the frame to continue my trip.Terry K.
