Can’t recommend or not recommend this place. Was closed when I dropped trailer off. Lot is small and cramped being a used car lot and UHaul place. No clear indication of where to park vehicles/trailers. Had to back trailer in between a couple used cars and a light pole.

I did not know I would need straps and a lock for overnight. Even though it was a holiday weekend this place was closed on Sat. I had to drive across town to get what I needed. The man was very helpful though.

Nothing. This was an easy experience and I was happy with the entire process!

There needs to be a more noticeable sign for UHAUL. There were no UHAUL trucks easily visible from the main road to show the location either, the trucks were tucked back behind some buildings and the place that was more prominent in front of the UHAUL trucks was the car dealership of sorts.

Parking was congested and not easy to maneuver with a trailer.

The location on Deadwood Avenue is much, much better.

When I checked the engine oil before we left Rapid City, SD. on our 1000 plus mile trip to Nashviille, TN. the engine was three plus quarts low.

The equipment that I picked up was broken. But you wouldn’t know what since you didn’t check the trailer before you gave it to me. Broken tail lights and duct tape holding brackets to the frame...I had to zip tie the lights to the frame to continue my trip.
