Scoty EThe truck was dirty, inside and out. I had to clean the back before I could put my furniture in it. The mirrors were loose and would move. I had to adjust them every stop. The windshield wipers are bad. I had to stop and get a room because I couldn’t see to drive in the rain in the dark. Not being able to see out of the mirrors and windshield is very unsafe.

Ron TBetter directions to pick up the trailer. Circled around Spearfish trying to find the right place to pick up the trailer for 20-30 minutes. Check the brakes excessive free play. Liked the automatic down shifting when going down hill and using the brakes.

Josh SI had it reserved until Wednesday and by Monday they were already hounding me about other people needing it. I returned it early and got no discount in fact I got charged an extra $65 dollars. WTH

William FMy original reservation was supposed to be a Sunday drop-off. It got changed to a Monday @ 8:30 a.m. drop-off without me knowing. I was at the drop-off location @ 8:30 Monday morning per my updated reservation. The drop-off location did not open until 10:00. I was unable to be back at 10:00 so I left the truck and put the keys in their mail slot. I called back at 10:00. The gentleman I talked to was very cool about me leaving it. Not sure if I was charged for not having it checked in or not. I did not receive an itemized receipt. I can't really star rate the drop-off location since I never went inside. U haul online is the one who dropped the ball on this and had me running senselessly around in a 26' truck.

Lisa SU-Haul is a distraction to their business model. The truck box was disgusting, cigarette butts, dirt, filth, I had two sweep the interior two times before I could start loading.

Jason WThe uhual leaked and lights were constantly coming on and off. The point of a covered moving truck is to protect your belongings and now have a mine will not survive being soaked because the truck wasn’t maintained.
