The app is atrocious. When trying to order a truck, the price was so random for each search that it was like a puzzle to find the right truck/location. For example, if I type Allendale, MI for pickup, I will get a completely different price and deals then if I were to type in the zip code of Allendale. It was the same way for the drop off location too. And when I try to confirm anything on the app for pickup or drop-off, the buttons don't work so I have to go to the browser and start over. Had to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes after pickup time just to confirm my identity with a representative. Fix the app please.Jacob S.

I did not receive my contract initially - which created some issues with refueling and returning the truck. Also, the truck had a good 2 feet of snow on it when I came to pick it up. That was an unexpected challenge to deal with. Otherwise, it ran well and did the job.Christopher C.

Thank goodness that Crystal was there. She was very informative and helpful for being a dealer. We tired to do the mobile online check in option, but the Uhaul servers were taking forever and we wanted to get on the road. The vehicle was clean, but has seen better days. The brakes were questionable and the starter/battery barely started. The photos when confirming the vehicle were for sure from when it was new, it is not that anymore. We want to do the mobile check in again to avoid lines or wait, but seems like the process is still new for Uhaul.Kaley H.

I called to ask if I could drop it off at this location instead of where I originally selected, because my car was there. I was told it would be ok and just a $40 late fee plus 40 cents a mile over 190 miles. I bring it back fully fueled and cleaned out, and was charged over $280. Management said that it's 99 cents on Fridays, which I was NEVER told at all. I honestly feel cheated and downright misled by U haul. FFS my original charge was $180. An extra day cost $283?
