Location is fine, uhaul app is terrible. Also why does it need a separate contact to talk to when you have my face, drivers license, and I’ve used uhaul plenty of times. Poor experience.

Michael MWhen I picked up the truck, there was no window-washing fluid to clean the window. Also, I was not able to adjust the passenger-side mirror because a set screw had been tightened, preventing adjustment. Other than that, the truck worked well, and there were no noticeable problems.
