I tried calling 2 times on Sunday (30 mins between calls) during open hours. No response. I decided to drive there anyway. I was met by a person outside without any uniform or credentials that said he worked for U-Haul. He just asked for the keys and asked if I had any rented items. I was very uneasy about the drop off experience. I proceeded to checkout and he said I didn’t need to wait and that I would receive an email in 15 mins. I would expect reps to be inside the place of business for completing transactions. The store looked closed.
