Location was good and very convenient. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Actual rental time of use was not accurate at pickup due to issue with Uhaul site. Was unable to upload photos at beginning of rental or return. Again, staff was quick to assist making the overall experience quick and easy. Will contact location directly for future rental.

Very nice. Helped out although my other reservation did not want to accept my truck because it was too big. Why would you give me the option to reserve it if you're not going to let me turn it in? Although this place was very helpful and kind.

The truck was parked in an area that was very hard to back out of, the worker was not able to really answer any questions I had, and the right passenger side mirror was broken making it even more difficult to back the uhual out of the difficult parking spot.

Customer support said I had to upgrade to 15 foot truck because 10ft truck was unavailable. Stated I would not be paying the price for the upgrade. I was charged for it.

I normally do t do this but I'm gonna take my time and tell you guys about my scary experience. The truck I picked up was full of junk.. I checked all parts of the truck but I didn't open the back and check the back when I picked it up, cause I never had any problems with uhual , it was always easy and fast and no problem at all.. BUT NOT THIS TIME.. I called them as soon as I found out the truck was full of tree bushes, and one guy said he acknowledged the problem I had. And When I went to drop of the truck, there was another guy says this is my problem I can't return it until the truck is clear.. And making phone calls and things like that.. I was really scared... it was a sketchy little market run by couple rude guys! Anywho.. make sure to check ALL parts of the truck when you pick it up guys! Cause apparently Sketchy people are using uhaul to make their business nowadays!

The truck was dirty inside and out. The truck should be fully wiped down between people. The inside cab looked like it had never been wiped down. The back had a lot of black debris. Especially with the COVID situation,I would think that you would want to make sure things were extra clean. Disappointed in the cleanliness.

Well it took over an hour to get a truck. The clerk was so busy and the link he sent me to photo copy my CDL would not go through. Then a 2nd clerk appeared thank God, she seemed to be more familiar with the process, then I got my receipt and my vehicle, hallelujah so I thought. The truck had been vandalized, their was no liesence plate. And upon further investigating the cab had graffiti all on the dash. They gave me another truck and finally if was off to move. The txt to evaluate the truck expired before I had a chance to use it. I called Uhaul and asked for another link. That failed to go through as well. Over all I made this nightmare a pleasant dream. Kudos to the female who swooped in and saved me from throwing in the who deal

Truck was muddy in the cabin and outside. Staff did not accompany me before pick up and after drop off. Convenient location but I had some expectation about friendliness of the staff, also could be more helpful I have been charged dolly and blankets which were sealed and not used. Good thing I looked closely at the bill before I left. Still waiting on that refund of $5 each. Not super professional.

The location was fine. It's located inside the Mini Mart in Linda Vista. The associates were also only okay. They didn't really help me bring the dolly and the blankets to the truck and just told me to go to the back and get the truck. They also did not inspect the truck with me. However, they were nice and the pick-up process was pretty quick. I'd say if you're a woman, go with a guy.

It was not enjoyable. Drop off location was difficult to find where to park vehicle. I had to go back to grab the dolly and hand deliver it. I had to wait, while the cashier constantly cashed out other customers. They did t seem to know what was going on. Having to photograph the: Odometer Vehicle location Cleanliness Etc With my own device seems offensive That uhaul is passing off business obligations and work onto the customer.

They did not have the size truck reserved at the pick up time planned and had to put in a smaller truck than I needed. They took way to long at pickup (30+ minutes) and at return (20+ minutes) to process me, even though I had done everything ahead of time online. The cab of the truck was not clean.

The guy at the front desk wanted to charge me for equipment that I didn't ask for, also wanted to charge me for scratches on the van that I didn't do and finally he overcharged me for gas, when i returned with the right amount. I am still waiting for my refund.

The attendant did not have proficiency in her duties. Waited 35 minutes to rent the vehicle while she figured out the system. When returning the vehicle, I waited for her to deal with another customer in the same fashion only this time it took 40 minutes to return the vehicle. One of the poorest experiences I've ever had at Uhaul.

They were nice, but they did not know ANYTHING about uhaul, when I arrived they were FaceTiming someone else asking if this button was the right one to press, and proceeded to help the same customer for 30 minutes... after that there was a large line of uhaul customers looking for uhauls that they reserved and were not available. I just wanted to drop it off, they made me wait for around an hour... as they tried to figure out what to do. In the end all they did was make me take a picture of my mileage and gas and took my keys... what a terrible experience I would not do again.

The only reason I put two stars and a below average rating for location is because the location, if you're not familiar with the area, can be a little confusing, and the place where you actually rent the uhaul is in the liquor store on the corner. The parking lot is small to navigate but otherwise ok. A little odd, but, besides the location, service was great, the vehicle was great and I definitely recommend renting from here to anybody. Thank you very much UHAUL, you made my move hassle free!

Understaffed location - Basically, you get some keys thrown to you and go figure it out... No walk around for any truck damage or verifying the gas gauge... Speaking of gas... the contract indicated that the tank was half full, but reality was 3 to 5 gallons under that mark!

Back of the uhaul was still full of trash. The front seat smelt like cigarettes and there were even leftover ashes in the driver's side compartment. Vehicle has clearly not been maintained (or even checked up on) in some time.

I made a reservation over the phone after the online reservations kept overcharging me. Upon pick up I then tried to do the "express check in" on my phone. I have never before experienced a more convoluted, confusing process. I finally had to give up, talk to a person and completely rent another vehicle all together. The guy who runs the liquor store (which is where the truck is rented from (also extremely confusing) was nice enough to cancel my original reservation. The pick up was also in a bad neighborhood and someone (likely purposely) damaged my car. A very bad experience.

My reservation was changed to this location at the last minute. It's very difficult to find. It would be helpful to advise customers that the desk is inside the Liquor Store/Market.

First time using uhaul and I expected to be treated excellence as a first timer. But, my experienced was not what I expected. The van that I rented has damages , scratches and uncleaned interior. The person that I talked to wasn't really familiar to its equipment if its ready to be used. Also, didn't bother to get out and check the vehicle. Hopefully, it wouldn't happen to anyone else and to do a follow up more to this place.

Truck was dirty and not in good condition. it has damage on the sides and rear and there was no one to check or confirm. I was worried I would be charged for its poor condition. The price was also much higher as I was suppose to get the truck from a location much closer to my home and where I was moving but they sent me out of the way and into another part of town. More miles were charged b/c of this.

Your mobile express check in at the location did not work, frustrating, your website is faulty and instructions to find pick up my truck is "not in the dashboard" our express pick up time was at 7:30am, we had to wait until mini mart store opened at 9, loosing valuable time and making helpers wait. I called the mini-mart 2 day's ahead of time to ask about the express pick up time, he told me very little, only that we would get a code once I used the mobil express links on the u-haul website. He failed to explain there is a lock box in front of the store, we were way in the back of the store in a remote parking lot. Once we went into the store, it took another 30 minutes to get the truck. The owner of the store did not give us good instructions or details. He failed to tell us to take a picture of the mileage on the truck before bringing the key into the store, so after moving for 3 hours I had to walk back out to the truck which was far away from the store to take a picture. The mini-mart owner didn't apologize or take any responsibility, instead blamed it on me. This was my first time renting a u-haul from a mini-mart, I needed more explanations and direction. I won't be using u-haul or the mini-mart again, and I'll let neighbors in the community know about our experience. P.S. I tried to used the link below to get a response from you, at the "please use or contact form" and it does not link to a contact form just your main page, I shouldn't have to look all over your website to give feedback in a contact form. Disappointing

Terrible spot for a drop off aside from all the extra parking behind the buildings for the trucks. This was a drop off at a liquor store that was not easily identifiable from the street, you had to literally drive behind the buildings to see all the other trucks which clued you into knowing it was the actual drop off spot. Service was poor as the guy didn't know how to complete the drop off using the system and he would put me on hold so he could attend customers for the liquor store. He asked that he take my keys to the truck and that he'd complete it later. find out that later I get charged a $1 fee for incorrect drop off?? I dropped it off at the correct location. Worst drop off experience ever.

Main cabin of van smell of cat urine and was visibly dirty. All doors were unlocked. I cleaned it myself at home after driving off with the windows rolled down. There were no other vans and I was in a hurry. Before my 110-mile return trip, I discovered the left front tire was under-filled and the right front tire was over-filled. I had to drive to 2 gas stations and 2 UHaul sites before I found the right place that could adjust them (Long Beach, Carson & Cherry). This site was not well-rated when I booked it but I had a restricted timeline.

When I received the van it was really dirty the windows were really hard to see through I actually had to stop by some Windex and clean them up also when I returned it the person that took care of my return didn't really explain to me what were the charges And she just told me that he was done with me
