The man running the store was awful. He saw us sitting in the parking lot for a while trying to figure out where to park. We had completely maneuvered the truck and parked it - mind you this was 26' truck in a very full parking lot. The man working the drop off location finally came out as we were almost done completely the drop off inspection. He told us to move and wasn't very clear and was extremely rude. The app never mentioned anything about giving the store clerk the key. So I had locked them in the back of the truck as per the instructions as pick up - using the code and lock provided. The lock was very difficult and frustrating to use. It took me a long time to get it locked in place. I went inside to buy drinks - the clerk double charged me for one of my beverages. I just rolled my eyes and let it go. I didn't have the energy to fight with him after moving all day. As I am literally walking out the store he tells at me with another guest at the check out counter - "where is the key?!" I said I locked it in the truck as instructed. The app didn't tell me to give you the key. I was very skeptical, but gave him the code to the lock to retrieve the keys. He told me I needed to go get the key. I said - "absolutely not, that's your job and you didn't help us at all during the process. You were rude and demanding.Here is the lock code good luck. If Uhual has a problem, then they have my number." The man was beyond rude. I would never, ever recommend this drop off location and I plan on leaving a Google review about my experience.
Guy OI said no insurance and I still got charged for insurance I only rented out a 10’ ft U-Haul for two hours and got charged 100$ and never got refunded anything

bryant oI need compensation for the unnecessary extra money i spent paying loaders twice which is $400. If this is the way you treat your customers, i would never recommend and would dissuade anyone from using UHAUL again. I have called multiple times to complain about this and was told that someone will reach out to me and is over a month now and no one has reached out to me. my ratings about recommending is not based on the locations but based on the treatment i got from UHAUL.

ramon gI had a very disappointing experience with Ricky. Despite explicitly telling him that I declined the Safe Movers option, he still went ahead and charged me for it. This feels incredibly dishonest and borderline like a scam. It’s concerning that such practices are happening, as it gives the impression that customer choices and trust are being ignored. I expected transparency and integrity, but this situation has left me questioning the overall business practices here. Location is very convenient, but that lost my trust totally 👍🏽

richard fUhaul had several damages to it prior to our rental time. Side door was extremely hard to open and close and couldn’t be used. The passenger mirror was non existing,, which made driving extremely hard especially at night.
Rebekah RI rented a van, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The passenger-side mirror was shattered, which I wasn’t informed about until pick-up—leaving me no choice but to take it. Additionally, the van was full of animal hair, which was unhygienic and required me to clean it thoroughly before use. I hope these issues are addressed for future customers.

Diego LThe vehicle was absolutely disgusting when I received it. Smelled horrible. small branches stuck in between the windshield & the windshield wipers. Wiped the chairs and dash down and it was just black. Also found old food behind the driver and passenger seats which is probably why the car smelled horrid.

Cheryl HVery poor service from a Texaco gas station, who refused to help settle the invoice and inspect the rented truck.. The clerk told me to go and I will settle the invoice when he has the time!. His store was empty snd I was the only customer to serve.

MATTHEW PThis was likely the best Uhaul I have driven. It did not shake like crazy and was well maintained. The process of getting the truck was very nice with the electronic setup. My only complaint is that the previous renter had a dog who shed a lot and there was fur all over the seats and dog snot on the passenger window.

Wanda PI had a reservation including a dozen blankets for $7. The station charged me $10 even though I showed him my reservation. Small amount, but disturbing.

Lionel ZI think the vehicles should be checked more often for safety. I van I had was hard to steer and the brakes were soft. I was able to drive and do my moving. But I felt a little uneasy about how I had to keep adjusting the steering wheel to keep the wheels going straight. Also, I had to press hard to get the brakes to function properly. But otherwise, the van was clean, full of gas, and had all the extra materials I had ordered. And everything was ready on time.
Cielo PThe side door on the van was inoperable and I was unable to utilize which would have made my experience a lot better. Made attendent aware, which he was, and he couldn't get door to open. Essentially just passed it off that he was already aware of the problem but didn't offer any help except to say door won't open/close. Feel I should be given a discount for the less than stellar experience I'm used to receiving from U-Hail
FERNANDO FPick-up of the uhaul took longer than expected. I had previously completed my reservation online, which included requesting items such as moving blankets. However, when I got there I had to complete all the information again and no moving blankets from my previous rental was available.
Trevor BWould have been nice to have my chosen drop point instead of 30 minutes away from my original drop point. This location was a gas station. No clear direction where to park. And the attendant didn't believe we cleaned the truck after taking pictures as directed and made us open all the doors again.

Dannielle LWanted a full tank on return, when the truck was not received with a full tank. I showed him my agreement and he was okay after much argument. I received the trick with a broken side mirror. He argued I would ha e to pay. I told him to call the pick up point and have them confirm the truck was received in that condition.
cherese hOne little issue I had was that the fuel level was lower than what was noted on the sheet. In order for me to avoid having to pay for fuel fees through Uhaul, I filled the tank to the noted level not the actual level that started with. Please make sure the Tank level is noted accurately.

lois DThe truck every time you stopped at a stoplight he was smoke gas. Also it hesitated to go at times. The turning radius was great. I just think this trip needs to be retired. And we had to find the passenger side seat belt and spent 45 minutes trying to fish it out from underneath the seat to push it so my wife had a seatbelt.

This is probably the worst experience I had. The guy who checked the truck back in
