The attendant at the location was great. The system update on a weekend was not the best idea your company has had being that the weekends are the busiest moving days. It took over an hour for me to finally get the vehicle which left less moving time and inconvenience the people who helped me with moving and loading the truck. It slowed down the process and was very inconvenient.
