GLENN LThis location is lying about the charges owed which is often the case with authorized locations. I never have issues at an actual uhaul
KEIDRA PI ended up at this location because my rental at 3220 FM 1960 was double booked and cancelled. I was not informed of this until I arrived for pickup. This was the closest location that had equipment available (2 hours after my reservation time) The vehicle smelled bad and had trash left in cab from previous rental.
Levie TThis was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life this was ridiculous the truck didn’t even make it my destination before breaking down left me and my kids stranded for 3.5 hours with no assistance the worst experience ever !!!
