My experience with Uhaul was extremely bad. I reserved a 20' truck but once at the pickup location no truck. Had to go to different dealer and get10' truck which cause a lot of miles and heart ache trying to move 5 bed room house

Everywhere said they closed at seven pm, when we got there to return the truck everything was closed up. I had called the location an hour early and the guy said nothing about closing early.

This was a horrible, horrible disgusting experience. I will be contacting customer support on Monday. 5 min before pick up - when I just drove 30 min into the city from the airport - I got an email saying the truck was 20 min away from where I had expected it to be. I then drove there - which was in the ghetto of rockford to an office with bars on the windows, staff not wearing mask, broken windows and glass everywhere, and the worst customer service I have ever recieved. The person gave me attitude for being late - even though it was uhauls fault for changing the pick up at the last minute. There was trash in the back of the truck. there was trash in the front of the truck. the office manager took photos of my ID for 5 minutes with her phone, she demanded additional inappropriate information, ad tried getting me to sign stuff that only after inquiring she admitted I did not need to sign it. I'm no where even close to being done. This was unprofessional, inappropriate, and dangerous!

The loacatiin and attendee were great. The customer service over the phone was terrible. I was on hold for a total of about an hour just to rent a truck. It's the worse and I will never rent U-Haul again.

The wait was ridiculous even tho I checked in online prior. Because we waited so long in line the movers were at our house before we were. Not a good experience. I have now used uhaul 3 times with bad experiences EVERY time. We will NOT be using uhaul for our next move. Very disappointing.

They didn't have the pickup truck I requested, they told me that I would have to go to a farther location to pick one up. I refused because i did not want to pay for any extra mileage. They offerd a box truck in the end.

Be correct on the times of people resigning your equipment. I returned the trick st 7pm on 1/10/2020. But your records say I returned it today which is not correct at all. So I need a refund of what every charge I have for almost a 3 day rental that never happened.

This site is very easy to get to and use from east of Rockford with a minimum of traffic. The staff are very personable. I use this place to rent a truck two week ends in a row every year at this time as I transport Creches to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for the Rockford Community Nativity display and concert during the first weekend in December. I've always had a good experience.

Make sure customer service is up to par. I was just charge a month later for more than I should have been. The truck had a whole in it. I had to drive almost 20 miles there and back to take the truck to be repaired. I am being charged for that. I spoke with melinda who extended my time and stated I would not have to pay for the miles used to get the repair but I am being charged. Not happy with uhaul at all I just want my money back that I'm owed. This is ridiculousness.

The initial pick up was scheduled at loves park and I had to go further to pick up the uhaul therefore paying more mileage. The CS associate at the loves park lacks at cs skills wasn't very thorough about informing us on the process when they didn't have a vehicle. He also told us he didnt like the person at the location he was sending us too, which isnt professional Thanks, Kathy Hull 815-978-4066
