I did not meet anyone or greet anyone because it was after hours. I am unaware of what the inside of the location looks like. I can not say rather I will or will not recommend a friend. I’ve never dealt with this location

Inspection between rental periods. My rental had a performance/fuel efficiency sensor related issue and headlight out but agent more than willing to provide replacement
james tI was charged for 20 miles at($0.99) that I did not use with no explanation and I had proof.
JASON WI was told I had 20 miles before I got charged for each mile. When I was charged on my card I was charged for 25 miles instead of the 5 miles I went over.
DARCI BThey were not there at 9am for me to pick up. They were late showing up. Than made racist comments in Spanish. The store smelled awful. Completely unprofessional. Windows were left down on trucks. It stormed the night before so the inside was soaking wet.
