Pedro RI used my phone number to reserve a truck for my son. There was a balance owed when he returned truck . I was charged a return check fee and the balance owed because I reserved the truck and never notified. Customer service at 800 # no help. To make me the responsible person is out right theft. The charge didn't go through on his card not mine. I had to pay almost $90 dollars before I could rent a truck
