DOMINIC DI can’t say enough good things about the customer service. Not only was everything hooked up and ready for me, they even waited a few minutes after hours to get me checked in. Alicia and Pete were wonderful to say the least. They went out of their way on a Friday night to make my experience great. I do have to say that I hated the trucks comfort and the surging power as it went from electric to gas. I am a tall person but I had to put the seat forward and almost look over the wheel and hood to see…very uncomfortable to say the least. Luckily it worked well and I didn’t have to drive it very far. Wishing everyone a happy new year and if I ever need a local rental I’ll be back again but I’ll bring my own truck 😉😉

TERESA OI ordered a box truck and a vehicle tow trailer. Upon arrival to pick up the box truck I was advised that I had to to a different location to pick up the trailer. At the trailer location they they had box trucks and trailers. The representative advised they should have sent me to his location for both
RAUL CI didn't know that we were not guaranteed a location until 1 day ahead of our pick up day. If this was in the contract, it was probably small print. We had to drive about 45 minutes out of our way to pick up our truck. Not acceptable! Also the wheels on the appliance dolly we rented were pretty shot.

JAMES LClearer signage on where to park/return if entering from the north would be helpful but I'm sure its tough given the location. Otherwise very friendly and helpful staff.

DOUGLAS BStaff was amazing. When we arrived to return equipment, there was someone in the back to let us know where to park the truck and trailer. They also were wonderful in allowing us to dispose of our broken down boxes (flattened) into their dumpster. Very helpful. Experience was outstanding and it sure was wonderful to find out that the location was only 5 min. from our new home. Love, Love, Love.
