JOHN NI reserved a truck at an Escondido location on Metcalf. I was not ever told that a truck was not available there and was arbitrarily told to pick up in Carlsbad. After calling both locations the Carlsbad dealer said he would leave the truck for me in Escondido at my storage unit. That was fine. He did not leave me a contract so when I attempted to return the truck to the closest location I was told I could not. However they called and found my return place. It was a rather run down prioane store with trucks in a grass area, no parking lot, that was closed. Do that seemed a little odd. The truck was great other than there's gas hogs.
