RAYMOND SThis location is close to me and very accessible. Plenty of parking, easy to drive a truck or pull a trailer from there. The U-Haul store is big and stocked with plenty of packing supplies, boxes, hand trucks, dollies, etc. The guy that runs this location is helpful and runs a tight ship. Not all locations are the way it is here. Some are hard to drive in and out of, not well stocked, or in sketchy areas. This is my first time here, but I’ll come back again when I need to rent a truck or trailer again.

GENNADIY BI had the best u-haul experience here in Oceanside. I came to pickup my truck rental and was greeted by 2 smiling faces. The 2 ladies were so pleasant and professional. They took good care of me and had me checked in and in my truck in less than 5 min.

SEAN MPete and his team were incredible. We have used this location twice and both times they received so much stress from the moving process. As a military family we are not new to the moving process but that doesn't make it any less difficult. Pete is beyond kind and has always treated my spouse and I will the upmost respect. He is extremely knowledgable, approachable and was very helpful in guiding us in what additional equipment we would need for our move.

DOMINIC DI can’t say enough good things about the customer service. Not only was everything hooked up and ready for me, they even waited a few minutes after hours to get me checked in. Alicia and Pete were wonderful to say the least. They went out of their way on a Friday night to make my experience great. I do have to say that I hated the trucks comfort and the surging power as it went from electric to gas. I am a tall person but I had to put the seat forward and almost look over the wheel and hood to see…very uncomfortable to say the least. Luckily it worked well and I didn’t have to drive it very far. Wishing everyone a happy new year and if I ever need a local rental I’ll be back again but I’ll bring my own truck 😉😉
