Best experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The location is central for my area. The equipment I reserved was available, including the appliance dolly that other locations are always missing. And the customer service was top notch. The vehicle’s gas mileage was unbelievable. Highly recommend. Excellent service all the way around.

I was supposed to get my $100 deposit back and only got $40. if I knew that were the case I wouldn’t have done it. The gas hardly changed at all. And I previously spoke with the guy I picked up from and told him I tried to book it for two days and asked if it would charge me more. He said no it shouldn’t and if it does they can get it fixed. I called the location I picked up from that told me they would fix the problem and they told me there’s no longer anything they can do and that it’s out of their hands. Extremely upset with this company.

HAL MCheckout of equipment was a disaster. Truck was stuck in the mud. Couldn't use self check out. Manager of location had to get truck out of the mud. There was previous equipment left in the back of the truck. Interior had mud all over the interior. The blankets and equipment rented in order to move was short on count and location owner didn't care. Still got charged for missing equipment.

Bill HSystem was down at the time of pickup - upon return the representative charged for the safe move which was specifically not requested and the truck was driven 8 miles. During the check in process the representative said that the fuel level was the same when it was checked out however, we were charged for 3 gallons!! For 8 miles?! After he said that it was good. Never using this place and don't recommend it.

william mI rang the bell many times. No one responded. The door is locked and for employees only, so the bell is the only way to summon assistance with a return. Finally someone came from outside the building and was apologetic and accommodating.

DENNIS KThere was no gas when I picked up the truck. So I ended up putting $100 in gas and returned it with extra gas and no credit for that. Then I was charged a cleaning fee when it was clean when I returned it.
kim gOverall, our experience was good. The U-Haul had not been vacuumed, which was not a big deal to us, but the floorboards were dirty. Location was great for us. I felt the mobile pick up was a little cumbersome having had the Reservation all week.
