Checkout of equipment was a disaster. Truck was stuck in the mud. Couldn't use self check out. Manager of location had to get truck out of the mud. There was previous equipment left in the back of the truck. Interior had mud all over the interior. The blankets and equipment rented in order to move was short on count and location owner didn't care. Still got charged for missing equipment.

Uhaul employees are the best!
Bill HSystem was down at the time of pickup - upon return the representative charged for the safe move which was specifically not requested and the truck was driven 8 miles. During the check in process the representative said that the fuel level was the same when it was checked out however, we were charged for 3 gallons!! For 8 miles?! After he said that it was good. Never using this place and don't recommend it.
