We had requested a pickup in Springfield IL and were sent 40+ miles away to a facility in the middle of nowhere. The facility operator was very friendly, but it took an extra hour of our time to get the truck given the remote, out-of-the-way location.

MICHAEL TWe struggled to get hold of a human that would help us at this location. Ended up using uhaul online to reserve a trailer. the reservation said we would receive a call the day before prior to 5 pm, no call made to us. The local guy did apply a discount for being a veteran as the information said, but he added the same amount of insurance (not requested and even stated to him we were not taking insurance) to off set the discount. This is a scam that uhaul corporate applies to every contract. we got less than 20 miles from town and one tire shredded and put us on the side of the road for about an hour. Uhaul does not like you to have their phone number as everywhere we looked we got the local guy. he told us to call 800 uhaul. I informed him that was not enough numbers, so he got to the office (part time office) and gave me the number. This provider would not print a receipt and I could not see it until I got to a screen to review it. they charged me for insurance that i asked to not be charged for. he would not change the contract and fix it.

Laurie RAll went well, despite the fact that my reservation was transferred from Decatur to Clinton, IL. So pickup was a hassle. But my main concern was that the front end of the truck was very loose. It wandered all over the road.

ROBERT GEasy drop off other than being charged a cleaning fee for a Uhaul that was given to us disgusting. We disputed the cleanliness when we first picked up in Phoenix. I realize this is not this locations fault, but it's not ours either.
Debbie W1 tire had a nail and was low. Waited over 2 hours for assistance to arrive. Needed replaced. The truck ambulance service, Sweeney’s Brothers, were awesome. They were in another call so had to select another. Sweeney Brothers heard the 2nd call and arrive by 7 pm Train your franchise owners to offer customers service.
