Because my air conditioner didn't work the person at the desk was rude no smile most uhaul places are kind I love you uhaul as a company but I will never rent a truck from that location

Dropped the trailer off after hours!! So talked to now one!! Was suppose to get a refund, but as of yet have not gotten it!!
