It was after hours and the gate had a lock and signs saying keep out and a dog on the premises. It took a long time to figure out that the gate wasn’t locked and I could open it. I had a problem with the cell phone return on the app and it took them 3 days to check the truck in. I am going to stick with full service Uhaul locations instead of the random drop off/pickups.
Kathryn DOnce again you guys messed up. I called to make sure no mistakes would be made and explained how the last 4 times I used Uhaul you guys messed up. The lady apologized and I told her the apology is kind of an insult because I know you’re going to mess up again. I ordered a 10 ft truck and it took over an hr for me to get the truck from my scheduled time. I had to drive across state lines so waiting over an hr was not in my plans. I ordered and paid for a fridge dolly and was told it would be in the truck. When I checked it wasn’t. I went to a uhaul location to get one and no employee was on site. 3 other customers were also looking for employees. 2 of the customers took a large amount of furniture pads without paying and it made me happy to see considering how shit of a company this is. My last experience was horrible and very similar, you guys didn’t give me what I paid for. This company is trash and I hope it goes bankrupt. You don’t deserve the dirt off my shoes I’ll never be using you again. I don’t want an apology I wanted you to do better. I knew that was way too much to ask for.
Joseph WCompletely disorganized, I was shuffled back and forth between locations for pick up, the location does not look professional or safe.
Thomas SWe were told that we could arrive at 10:30 to pick up the truck. We arrived, rang the bell, and there was no answer. I called the number and was told the driver would be there in 20 minutes. When called again, we were told 10 more minutes. The driver finally arrived, he said he was never notified that there were people waiting for a truck. We did not leave the location until almost 11:45.
Bridget SI had a reservation for 930 am and the place I was supposed to pick it up from didnt get there until 1030. Extremely displeased. It also seemed as though there was something off with the trucks engine it had terrible pick up even for the size of the truck and felt like it was skipping gears.
