Customer service was very poor. My app wasn’t allowing me to take a picture of the odometer upon arriving, so I called MKE towing & recovery to ask what options there were to send it if any. My question was met with “i guess you can send a text but what am i supposed to do with that.” Disrespectful and unnecessary. Aside from that I had no issues.

No one was at the pickup location. Track was not clean with shattered glass on the floor.

Beth PWhen the client returns to drop off the truck, there should be someone available to receive it, as it was getting very cold and we couldn't stand outside waiting to collect the keys. That is the only minor issue; everything else was excellent. Thank you! 🙏
IRIS SArrived a little after 9am for 10' moving truck pickup. Unfortunately the location for pickup indicated opening at 9am but no one arrived until 10:15-10:30am. Wasn't offered the option of doing a mobile pickup either for truck so we waited over an hour for someone to finally arrive and release the rental truck to me.
