I did an after hours drop-off at this location. My only concerns were that U-Haul lists this business as MM&W, however this is Interstate Batteries. The address on the building is not clearing marked. However, there were U-Haul trucks/trailers in the lot and when I typed in Interstate Battieries in a Google search, the street address confirmed I was at the correct location.Deanna D.

We arrived at this location and it was closed. Ben we attempted to use the telephone check in and the reservation evidently had been cancelled. We had to drive an hour and a half to get the car hauler, didn't get to pick up the 20' truck until 6 plus hours later and didn't get the 24 moving blankets that we paid for, although that got refunded later. We purchased some blankets from a second hand store to accommodate our needs. It worked out. A phone call to let us know they closed at noon would have been very helpful and professional.Charles L.

Payment was messed up, pickup was way out of our way! I have never been so upset and stressed at once! This was a horrible experience. I mean horrible. All that money we paid. Get told to go to a f Different location for pickup. 50 mins away from the original pickup. 50 mins back then 35 mins at pickup then double charged that was corrected on the spot. We went past original pick up place and they had the same truck. Not a good experience at all. But. The truck was return in better condition then when we got it. I am so angry and upset still. We spent alot of money on 2 trucks. To have this happen. All we get was extra miles for what we went through. Not even good business practices there!.Michael H.

Your app to return trailers after hours sucks had to take off work because it wouldn't workdale Y.
The location was hard to find because it does not have a large "U-Haul" sign. Although I had ordered furniture pads with the truck, the dealer had no pads. I received a credit for the pads. Without pads, my furniture suffered minor scratches during the trip. The "Service Tire Monitory System" light came on after I had loaded. I filed a report with roadside assistance. Fortunately, my local tire specialist diagnosed the problem as an inoperative passenger side tire sensor.Michael L.

The drop off location is listed on contract as MM&W but the place is an interstate battery. That made it a bit confusing to find at first but it ended up being okay. Very easy drop off we did after normal hours and had no issues. Clean and easy to maneuver in drop off areaSabrina H.

I turned on my equipment in on 4 April William Kirchhoferâ€˜s in advertently did not put in that I turned in my tow dolly for my car, I was charged $360 on 18 April where he falsified information saying I was there and turned in the tow dolly. I also put a call through and the general manager Christopher Munoz was contacted on Saturday the 18th and I was there when he told his people over the phone he would contact me when he got home. He has not done that yet. I'm out $360 after moving in to my apartment. I will never use U-Haul again and I will tell my friends not to use uhaul eitherBarry L.

If equipment isn't returned on time, make arrangements to acquire a different vehicle or change rental location. I had to wait almost 2.5 hours for my rental past when I reserved the truck. It was also dirty (previous user smoked in it and left bits of leftover cigarette in truck) and the driver side seat belt was broken. I have no doubt if I were in a crash it would not have worked properly. In the face of all of these issues, I was told by the person dealing with the Uhaul rental that "don't complain to me, that will do nothing". Basically indicating that he didn't really care that I encountered an issue. No apologies or anything was offered in light of wasting my time and leaving me with a vehicle that was not properly maintained. The person dealing with the rental (checking the order, etc. on the computer) also seemed inept and wasted a lot of time getting my order details straight, which had already been entered previously online.Todd J.

I dropped off the truck after-hours, so most of this doesn't apply. However, the location doesn't have any signage, or any identification at all, showing it's name as MM&W Inc. The signage reads Interstate Batteries. It's also back from the road a bit, so the street numbers can't been seen while driving by...one has to pull off the road into an access area and look at the buildings.Peter S.
I reserved quilts. This place not only didn't have quilts, they also didn't have any other moving supplies. I had to go across town to another location to get supplies. This made me get a late start with the move.James W.

The employee didn't seem comfortable with the computer system. He couldn't find our contract information after 20 min I asked him to call me if there was a problem and he agreed but did add there may be additional charges qhich left me aprehensive about the return. His office is not air conditioned and it was 90 degrees outside. His office is a metal building/shop a very hot uncomfortable wait to return equipment that should have been very easy and quick.Jennifer S.
The website asked for what equipment I needed. I was given a location, then received an email with another location. When I went to pick up the truck, I found the location did not have any boxes. When I was given a dozen pads, I counted and found only nine. The customer rep did not even tell me there were only nine. This is the second time using Uhaul where I have been sent to a location without the necessary needs to complete my task without going to other locations.terence R.
