I didn't really feel safe. I was charged for items I did not ask for and was not supplied. The check in process was frustrating because of the issues trying to upload a picture of my drivers license. I have used the online tool prior and it was seemingless.Quanita W.

The customer service was horrible. The man and his father were the rudest men I have ever encountered. They first implied that I only had $29 because I asked them to give me 2minutes because I had to transfer money. I took that as a joke but the next day which had not even been 24 hours they called my phone 3 times to see where I was. When I got to the location the experience was STILL horrible. I will just leave it at that but I've never been treated this way especially by MEN. Horrible.AUDRANNIA M.

Their systems do not portray the correct mileage that is on the dashboard. I rented a truck that had 4580mi when leaving the lot, return it at 4585mi and they said I went 9 miles and charged me for miles I didn't use. Just like the gas, I was under half a tank when I got it, returned it at a half a tank and on the receipt they ha e it at under half a tank. Do not rent from this location they are robbing people of their hard earned money. It's an old man behind the register Charles who is very rude and cursed at me because I wanted to dispute my charges. This is location is horrible and the mechanics next door came over to fight me because I wanted to dispute my charges. Very hostile environment. Do NOT go to this locationJASON A.

There was so many issues that I cannot list them all. Numerous damages to the truck that MMC Automotive was not even aware of. Website was not working properly so check out and check in had to be done manually. No gasoline in truck when I picked it up. Had to wait on UHAUL for 40 minutes during check out and another 30 minutes during check IN.Crystal H.

Don't make the guest wait who had a reservation for a guest who was supposed to used the truck for an hour. Then return the truck back later so I was later getting the rental truck. I was told they close at 3:00pm so I got over there by 2:10pm. Only to get a truck at 4:35pm but my contract stated for the return of the truck was to be back in 23 hours instead of the 24 hours. I was so disappointed with the service not to mention the representative took a picture of my ID using his personal phone after he had already sent me the link to up load a picture of my drivers license. That's not protocol to use your personal devices to take any guest information. I was sent to this location from another location that didn't have the truck I needed wrong decision. This is by far the worst experience ever . I will pay more and use another company . Did no have dolly . Gave excuse that they get stolen and they won't order more . Agent was so rude . Took a scan copy of my I'd after I had already scanned a copy . I ask why he was keeping my if and ask him to shred it . He jokingly said I wanted to see what your face look like . Then the truck wasn't at the level of gas he stated . He rudely said after looking. That's what we call half full . I took pic of the gas dual just in case . I felt a lack of customer service he had a I don't care attitude and I sure wasn't getting any where by asking for help getting a dolly which was very important to my move . It took hours to locate which I never found one .uhaul make stores responsible for a level of customer service even if it's the black neighborhood. They lack equipment truck was horrible I thought it was going to cut off several times . Bad bad serviceLinnet G.

The person who checked me out did so in a professional and efficient manner. It was good to be able to find a truck on a Saturday. The location was convenient but UHaul might need to stress the name of the establishment as being the prominent signage rather than UHaul.Felicia A.

After being sent from one location to another, only to be told at the 2nd location that they did not have any trip is available (and that they generally overbook trucks like airlines overbook passengers), we were directed to this location, which was roughly 12-15 miles from our original location (miles we were charged for in the per mile fee). Service at this location was extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes to complete the rental process, and we were the only customers present. The location is not friendly for after hours drop offs, as there were several people sitting in cars watching us as we completed the return process and dropped the keys in th Dover night drop off box.DARYL F.

You should not make a copy of the renters drivers license and save it in a storage area in the store. In the day and time this is a big turn off to have a copy of your id made. And when I asked could I get the copy when I come back was told no because they save them in a box upstairs in storage. If I didn't have people waiting to move a piece of furniture for me I would not have rented the van from this location.Jackqueline J.

The Truck Share 24/7 was a complete hassle. I regret the entire process. My final bill was very unclear and Danny Quinn Jr. was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge when discussing my bill through email. He needs a few grammar lessons.Miya Y.
