TAMECA B.Make sure every truck is clean before it can be rented by the next customer. I picked up a truck that was very dirty inside. I took the picture and submitted along with a comment of it being dirty. When I returned the truck I submitted another comment letting Uhaul know that the truck was still dirty when I returned it. I absolutely was “NOT†going to clean that truck because I wasn't the one who messed it up. Then Uhaul turns around and charges me for it being dirty! The devil is a mutha fuckin lie!!!

HUNG T.This was my first time for this location and it will be my last because my rent 1 of the vehicle for 3 hour only which was the $30 +15 insurance and I did use one of their equipment for $7 and I filed the gas when I take it back as it was but they ended up charging me for $125.00 that is robbing I don't recommend any one to go this location

Courtney S.The checkout process was very long....like over an hour and I was the only customer. Then computer went down. Then the Uhaul representative decided to help the next customer BEHIND me with a full return. I said no sir, I've been waiting an hour and you are going to help next customer and input their information into system before completing my service?? I was highly upset. I asked for someone else to help me "Shephard" who was amazing and turned my experience from poor to having me smiling going out the door. Then the big Uhaul truck brakes went out on my way to my moving location! It almost caused me to have an accident!! I had to get a last minute Penske truck because all the uhaul trucks were not available. I had to contact roadside assistance to tow Uhaul truck back since brakes went out. I just don't understand why the maintenance checks weren't thoroughly done ...??? This could have caused several fatalities!!!
Valerie L.The gentleman that helped us was very kind and helpful - I have absolutely no complaints about the staff at this location. They were able to make a very difficult situation better and I am great full for that. However, I was not impressed by the organizational qualities of UHaul. I had made a reservation for a one way 15 foot truck. That truck apparently was taken out the day prior to my pick up time and was no longer existent. I made my reservation over a week prior to my pick up time and my location for pick up changed 3 times. The only truck left was a 20 footer and it required me to drive 28 miles back to drop it off. Obviously I had to pay for that extra mileage as well as the addition space and for the lost time to get the truck. Uhaul did not provide options for a discount for their organizational inequities. In addition, the system was apparently down and made it incredibly difficult for the staff to find a solution to the issue. Again- these issues are not staff related. I am great full that they were able to get me a truck… even if it was bigger and more of a hassle with drop off location. Uhaul needs to change the way they make their reservations.

Guess I Will Settle This With My Bank If Not Fixed By Monday. ( I will tell my bank they OVERCHARGED ME ) Should've been REFUNDED SAME DAY!!

JUMA C.I work for Uhaul at a Center. Every time we receive a moving van, we throughly clean it. This 10' moving van was not clean and reeked of smoke. There also seems to be a throttle issue. I really did not understand why this dealer made a copy of my license. At the center I work at we only take pictures and upload them to the contract. I already uploaded my license photo before arriving. It was a very uncomfortable experience overall. This entire MCO seems to not have things together..

Also, it would be a good idea to call another location to verify that the equipment is available before sending a customer to it to only find out the equipment is not available there either. In the end, I was charged for the use of a dolly I never used.

Nashwan S.I didn't really feel safe. I was charged for items I did not ask for and was not supplied. The check in process was frustrating because of the issues trying to upload a picture of my drivers license. I have used the online tool prior and it was seemingless.

They first implied that I only had $29 because I asked them to give me 2minutes because I had to transfer money. I took that as a joke but the next day which had not even been 24 hours they called my phone 3 times to see where I was. When I got to the location the experience was STILL horrible. I will just leave it at that but I've never been treated this way especially by MEN. Horrible.

I rented a truck that had 4580mi when leaving the lot, return it at 4585mi and they said I went 9 miles and charged me for miles I didn't use. Just like the gas, I was under half a tank when I got it, returned it at a half a tank and on the receipt they ha e it at under half a tank. Do not rent from this location they are robbing people of their hard earned money. It's an old man behind the register Charles who is very rude and cursed at me because I wanted to dispute my charges. This is location is horrible and the mechanics next door came over to fight me because I wanted to dispute my charges. Very hostile environment. Do NOT go to this location

Website was not working properly so check out and check in had to be done manually. No gasoline in truck when I picked it up. Had to wait on UHAUL for 40 minutes during check out and another 30 minutes during check IN.

AALIA S.Don't make the guest wait who had a reservation for a guest who was supposed to used the truck for an hour. Then return the truck back later so I was later getting the rental truck. I was told they close at 3:00pm so I got over there by 2:10pm. Only to get a truck at 4:35pm but my contract stated for the return of the truck was to be back in 23 hours instead of the 24 hours. I was so disappointed with the service not to mention the representative took a picture of my ID using his personal phone after he had already sent me the link to up load a picture of my drivers license. That's not protocol to use your personal devices to take any guest information. I was sent to this location from another location that didn't have the truck I needed wrong decision. I won't be using this location again ever.
