The only issue I had was during equipment return. The office was still open, but the employee refused to check me out. His exact words were, “I’m not dealing with that today. You can leave the keys and he’ll check you out in the morning.” Now I have two pending charges on my account because of that. When I returned equipment at the U-Haul facility on Memorial Dr. , there was only one charge, and it was updated immediately after return. Now I’m stuck waiting who knows how long for one of these charges to drop off.

The truck was not clean at all full of dirt in the back and also cups and other stuff left in the front of truck paid to use a dolly and didn’t get it
