SHASHANK THeater fan only worked on high no windshield washer fluid steering didn't feel right stuff door seals broken making it difficult to close the doors. Damage to vehicle that was brought to the attention of the person and they would not put X decal on them.

Brav KTime and location were inaccurate on the online platform, which was very disappointing. I started with booking 6375 Major MacKenzie Dr., location at 11AM from the website. However, the location and time were BOTH no available so we were moved to the Scarborough location, which cost us 20 more KM mileage. Very disappointing experience.

WILFRED EHello, I booked my uhaul for 31st sep 2024 pick up time 7pm.. At first my pick up location was changed twice because of unavailability. I was still okay. And then when I was here at pick up location, the vehicle was still not returned to the pick up location by previous customer. And then waited for 30 mins just to hear that they don't have furniture dolly and moving dolly that I booked in advance. This is so unprofessional.
Parthvikumari PI had a reservation to pick up a van at 4 PM, but when I arrived, the van wasn't ready. I ended up waiting an hour, which threw off my entire schedule. I returned the van in perfect condition, yet they charged me an additional $150 for no apparent reason. The service here is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There's another U-Haul rental right next door—you're better off going there instead.
Cyriac KFuel was not full and they claim that it was full. I drove only 23kms totally but I had to fill around 20$ fuel to that tank. Totally disappointed on them.
Tamilselvan PMy reservation and pick up was at 3. But i did not receive the keys until 15 to 20 mins after. I understand that things happen and the vehicle was dropped off late. But there should've been some sort of compensation or time extension for the dropp off because of the delay. Luckily our move went smoothly and quick. So we had no issues.

Damian GThe fellows handling the return were very slow and insisted I did very minor damage to the vehicle that I did not spot during the preinspection. I did not have any collision and I told them I had safe move coverage. The guys there were not sure what to do and held me up for almost 45 minutes trying to determine what needed to be done. there should be more training to get these guys up to speed. I observed other customers returning vehicles were also being held back due ti uncertainty on the workers there on what to do.

Marie MI want to say this was my worst experience using this service at this location. I received the truck at half tank of gas,before I leave the location I showed the employee. He then told me he would manually update the system,only to get back and was bring told i had to put 20 dollars more gas in the truck. I told the employee and showed him pictures of the fuel level when I received the truck,he said he was going from whats on the paperworks. I then had to over spend 20 dollars to add fuel because lack of communication with employee and negligence to do there job. I was argue with then he finally called the next employee to find out that I was right. At this point nothing was said about the money I spend for gas. Worst experience at this location

Ravichandra KThe battery in the truck (which had Arizona plates) may have been a bit old, because we could not start it when the air conditioning was running. But in the end the truck did its job.

Jashan JAs a senior I think there should be an option for us who are not too updated with the APP approach for the entire rental process. What if we don’t have a cellphone or even one with a cellular plan to complete the process. Additionally I don’t agree with not receiving a hard copy of my rental agreement and having to print one to share with my business partner.
