I think it was totally a rip off when it came to getting my bill I used the truck for an hour and 15 minutes like a total of 9 km and I had to put $20 for fuel how is it possible in a Cuban that it will take $20 worth of fuel going 9 km it's just not possible but I ran again most likely not I think this is unacceptable conduct

The staffs were super friendly.
Binod AI recently rented a U-Haul vehicle, and the experience was not pleasant. The truck had a very strong and bad smell inside, similar to spoiled chicken or food that had been left for a long time. It made the ride uncomfortable and concerning, especially when transporting personal items. I hope the company improves cleaning and inspection before renting vehicles to customers.
Kannan SI had no headaches or long waits, staff was helpful and friendly. I will surely go back there in the near future.
