Everything was exceptional for my trip the first gentleman I spoke with in riverhead NY was told I really didn't have a final landing spot so he said not a problem I could update that later as we my son and I were looking for a final landing spot on are 4th or 5 th day we found a place port charlotte Was to be our final landing spot so I called uhaul and paid for a couple more days I believevit was 2 more days I also spoke with a friendly customer rep I had let him no about where my final destination would be just didn't have a address that I could give him he's said no problem they'll update it in the system i thanked him and so when I called back early in the morning to get the place in port charlotte a women answered I told her I was ready to bring back the trailer I assumed I would be bringing the trailer to port charlotte and the women to me I couldn't do I ask why and she told me I had to bring it to tampa I lost it on her its like 70 or eighty miles back to tampa so drove it back I was infuriated and still am so wasted my gas, the wear and tear on my vehicle and on top of that I sat in a traffic jam for almost 2 hours idk I'm definitely not a happy person. I was told everything was great and updated. I complained to the manager in tampa and he gave me a number he also told me I was the with complaint he recievd that day. I'll never use uhaul again. I feel in the and what had happened was most definitely wrong especially to do to a disabled veteran. In closing obviously some one screwed up and I was the one that got screwed. I am still going to call corporate on Monday.

They are thieves!! Charging me for gas when I have pictures of before I drove the truck where the gas was and after when the truck was parked. NEVER AGAIN!! All take your pictures!!

We rented a 26 foot UHaul truck which is advertised to get 10 mpg. The truck got 8.2 mpg highway. If you are renting this truck you will need to allot more money for fuel.

the phone app the person had to deal with isn't very user friendly so it took a while; it's not his fault but you should try to improve and simplify the phone app you have vendors use. But the staff here was very friendly and helpful.

The truck was not clean The truck had less than a half gallon of gas which lead me to fill up at their gas station which was the highest price around. Also I was billed for more miles than I traveled because the system said that is how far away my destination was. I tried to correct it when picking up and dropping off but it was ignored

I was over charged for mileage and oil at this place! Reached out to them through email, nothing fixed! highly not recommended!!!

The was no moving dolly as promised. The representative couldn’t find the keys. When I returned the truck I was told He was too busy to check out the vehicle and had no receipt. The truck itself was excellent and very easy to drive. The phone reps x3 were excellent and apologetic. I will always use U-Haul but never that Ridge Mobil station. Margaret McVey

There needs to be a manager who can assist on site during operating hours. To show up at 8:30 and try to get the vehicle and have to wait for the phone tag is frustrating. Other then that the experience was good
