Looted the money and wrong scheduling
DEEPAK HClean the debris left behind by the previous user inside the box. Replace the broken window handle on the driver side of the vehicle. Unable to roll down the window. The clerks that handled the transaction out and in were excellent.
EUGENIO FAlthough it wasn’t his fault, I’m a little irritated at the fact that they made me pay an EXTRA $10 because I “used extra kms” First off, how are you going to tell me I used extra? I went straight from the Uhaul, to my residence, right to Roslin and straight to Belleville, Second. If there’s only a certain amount of kms you can use. It NEEDS to be addressed. As a single parent, I’m absolutely DISGUSTED with this.

CHRISTOPHER LIt's a gas station that was busy getting interrupted with customers with only one person trying to do both. Took a while to get everything done and they did not have the request furniture dolly, therefore had to go back to the original u-haul location on Parker st to get the dolly.
JOHN FA little difficult to get in/out of location. Parking, if you need to leave your vehicle would be difficult. Otherwise, hours are good and pick up was straightforward.
Leslie SCalled uHaul central region (I believe in the U.S.) to book. I could not get the truck size that I wanted but was pleased with the alternative. I had booked my truck for 1 day but ended up needing it for two...there was no problem with that. All in all, it ended up being a smooth and stress free transaction.

Akashdeep sDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the U-Haul truck I rented from your company recently. Upon receiving the vehicle, I was shocked to discover that the entire cabin was filled with smoke residue, including cigarette butts and ash. Not only that, the whole truck was too dirty and full of mud and soil. As a non-smoker, this was not only unpleasant but also deeply concerning for my health. The overwhelming smoke smell caused me to experience nausea, forcing me to return the U-Haul truck prematurely on my way home. This unexpected turn of events disrupted my plans significantly, as I had hired laborers to assist with the move, only to find myself unable to continue due to the unbearable smoke odor. Unfortunately, at the time of returning the truck, I was unable to secure another U-Haul rental due to unavailability, leaving me stranded without a means to transport my belongings. Consequently, my entire day was thrown into disarray, and I am now faced with the inconvenience of rescheduling my move for tomorrow. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and consideration demonstrated by U-Haul in this matter. Not only did this experience result in wasted time and resources, but it also caused undue stress and inconvenience. I expect prompt action to address this issue and ensure that such negligence does not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience and expenses incurred as a result of this unacceptable situation. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and provide a satisfactory resolution at your earliest convenience. Sincerely,

William LI returned the truck to a drop off location away from our original town. I was expecting a U Haul centre but it was a Mobil gas station on Moira Street in Belleville. The gas attendant was a new employee and training, and was working alone. He was not aware of the return procedure for U Haul trucks at all. We had to wait almost 1 hour because he had to deal with gas clients at the same time trying to call his supervisor for instructions. This delayed our departure back home (4 hours drive away). I suggest really making sure all representatives are trained on U Haul drop offs.

deb SLack of ability to communicate made the return difficult.
Paul MFix the lock on the driver side door - it would not open with the key - had to go in passenger side and crawl across to unlock from the inside. It was also difficult to close, had to be slammed to latch. Fuel gauge is not accurate. I filled the tank and it read 3/4. The rolling door was very difficult to close the last few inches. Also difficult to open the first few inches. There is a definite rattle from the attic when you are driving the truck empty. The steering has too much play in it.

Natalie VI had to wait for the employee to figure out how the computer system worked ( called someone for help ) took me about 30 minutes to finally get the keys. Just to go out to get the truck , it was buried in snow. The employee took about another 30 minutes to dig snow away from the truck. I had walk through about 12 inches of snow to get to my truck . Truck had a quarter tank of gas ( I feel it should be full) . I did a Mobile pick up and when I finished the mobile pick up on my phone and advised me to inside for further assistance.
bernie mMake sure doors open, not frozen shut. Do basic maintenance, passenger side wiper was bad. All trucks were covered in snow and wasn't even shoveled out to get to the doors. Cup holders has some sort of dirt and grime all through them. No ramp on the truck. STOP using miles to do quotes. Online is in km but get there and it's all in miles. THIS IS CANADA, we are not miles and this is wrong.

Sean FHeater war not working up to the mark. The rotating knob was broken ,so We cannot tilt the heater fan to windshield. Windshield was getting foggy . Service was very bad.
THOMAS LStaff- very friendly and helpful. Location- convenient and easy to find. Truck- dirty, garbage in it, steering wheel filthy. Obviously unit had not been cleaned. Several service "warning" messages present on dash.
Jason BNeed to put another person to take care of other jobs. I've waited for 30min to deal with me because there's in between customer's pumping gas. So far this is the worse Uhaul rental place I have experienced. No proper dollys to rent, truck is dirty from the cargo to the driver side, it has a foul smell linger at the cargo side, A/C nob is broken cannot control the climate, has ABS and traction control lights indicator on for service, and the truck need services because it vibrates with or without cargo at the back when driving in the highway.!!
Adriano AI had a guaranteed location at a different location and it was changed. Why are guarantees offered, then not honoured? The truck was reasonably clean but it had 2 dash lights on as well as service warnings. I had no choice but to take it.
Jeff MThe pickup location is a gas station, and the Uhaul manager was the the cashier, so my truck rental contract preparation was constantly interrupted by gas customers and lottery ticket buyers. When it finally came time to pay for the truck, the manager said my postal code was unrecognized by ‘the system’, so I couldn’t use my credit card and had to pay a $100 deposit that I had to wait in line at the destination to get.
Tim B1: Return phone calls 2: Have truck available on scheduled date and at the correct pick up location. 3: I had to rent a truck larger than required to tow a trailer (1-7/8 ball). Truck's tow lights did not work. Equipment should be checked and in good working order prior to leaving the pick up location. Will never rent from this location ever again!!!!!
Brian HYour website is very involved and impersonal. I expected mileage rate of 0.98per mile and was charged 1.43. Must have been a kilometre / milage thing. You probably right, just I was surprised.
Dick WFirst of all I called this location 2x I was hung up on 2x. When I arrived the business is more focused on processing fuel sales than renting uhauls. I waited for almost a half hour to try renting and upon return the same thing. It was very frustrating. Usually customers are first come first serve. Not there. I got charged for fuel even though the tucks needle was on full. The truck was dirty, something red was in the cup holder. I didn't even use the back for cargo. 60 km of travel is not worth $172 If I had any other option I would have rented else where. Needles to say my experience was pretty poor.
Daniel DRaoul and his team were tremendous. I needed a truck at the beginning of the month to move an estate and wouldn't have been successful without them. The vehicle was very clean and well maintained. Would recommend!
Joe HI paid rental of a dolly and 2 doz blankets They were not on the trailer and I was told they couldn't access the computer system to do anything about it. Shrugged and said they couldnt do anything about it. When I called Regional and spoke to Lisa she said there are no guarantees with rental items. But the Moira St W dealer went in and cancelled the dolly and blankets after I left the facility. And they tried to day I wasn't charged for them. I was charged but they then credited my credit card for the rental fee. Lisa also told me she could find another UHaul that had Dolly's and blankets if I wanted to go get them. No, I think you should have known I couldn't get the equipment at the first place I ordered and paid for. Horrible service. Do not use UHaul t all
Roger RThe location was average because they had computer challenges just like every other location that I have rented from. The steering wheel was sticky dirty. I would not recommend this location as it is so far away. It isn't right that I have to drive so far to get a 20' truck when there are multiple locations close to me that never seem to have trucks. I have to pay for all those extra kilometers where the truck is empty.

DAVIDCRAIG HPickup was actually a Mobil gas station kiosk which was very busy when we arrived. The clerk had to keep stopping our paperwork & service gas station customers. He was very nice, very apologetic (definitely not his fault) but check in probably took twice as long as it should have.
GAILA SWell when we got the u haul he told me bring it back on Sunday well he didn't give me the time so when I took it back I was supposed to get my 60 dollars back he said I was two hours late and it was another guys

DEAN NBecause there was only one attendant manning the cash register for the gas station, I waited for 10-15 minutes to pick up my truck because customers kept coming in. The same thing happened when I returned it...the attendant kept prioritizing the gas customers instead of me.

Stephen BThis place to have a uhaul is sketchy at best. I would switch locations immediately. I also wasn't impressed with having to pay extra for going over by 50km. I was confused because the meter was in miles and we are in Belleville Ontario Canada.
