The cashier seemed poorly trained although she was nice. The location didn't have the appliance dolly I requested when my reservation was changed to this location. I had to drive the rental truck across town to the other location, using my paid mileage, to pick up an appliance dolly and it wasn't comped as requested. The truck also was dirty and poorly maintained. I don't fault the person that helped me. It was all decided by whomever her supervisor is that she was calling for guidance.
