I was extremely dissatisfied, the truck was dirty on the inside & outside, I even had to sweep out the cargo area before using it. I will never rent from this location again!! I prefer the main location i always rent from on Colusa Hwy. I was called and my location was switched.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe rented the truck for a 500 mile move and during the drive the engine light kept coming on which was very stressful. Nothing was done about it when we turned it in. We are not happy about our experience.
Karen BOverwhelming loud banging on roof inside cab while driving at 45mph and faster, so no freeway driving. Bed was dirty upon receiving truck and the driver side mirror would not stay where placed.
Kalee WI did not appreciate my reservation being changed to a farther away location and no compensation for the miles I had to drive. You could have transferred it to my location less than 5 minutes away saving me money. The gas gauge was also sticky when filling the tank causing me to over pay.
