I had a frustrating experience with my recent rental from this location. Upon opening the driver’s side door, all of the insulating trim fell out. Since the representative had already left, I had to put the trim inside the truck and drive off. The road noise on the interstate was unbearable due to the missing seal, forcing me to stop and attempt to reinstall the trim myself. Furthermore, the side mirrors were defective; no matter how I adjusted them, they would continuously flip back to their original, incorrect position. This was a serious safety hazard that made the entire trip stressful and unsafe. I hope the location performs better maintenance on their fleet to ensure future customers aren't put in this position.
