This is Jahangir Mousavi I would like to let you know that the first day he was so friendly and he went out of his way and wait for me until 630 and I got there and I told him that I need a truck to just use 6bag of clothes that’s it. and I asked him how much would it be per day he said it’s right outside. You can see the truck with the price but first I have to put all the information in computer then I emailed you and let you know once I picked up the truck, I appreciate the time that he waited for me and I left. so that night was raining I couldn’t do anything. I said that’s fine. I only pay 1995 and I kept the truck then for the next two days I run around looking for storage, but unfortunately navigation called Waze took me to the wrong places and you can track that all of a sudden I see I am towards Montgomery County Highway 270 I knew I am in the wrong place so I turned back and I went towards Columbia Maryland and I rented self storage and I paid her $42 cash and she said I’m gonna email you which I have the document to show the next day. I couldn’t even find the place because she emailed me to junk. Finally, I find a place after three hours I put all my stuff there and I came back and he was keep calling me that I have to reported truck stolen. That makes me very nervous. Said OK. I am on my way coming over there. You can check. I did not go to another state. I never stop anywhere only from his place to state America where I was staying and back to the self storage, which was only 10 minutes away because I was under this impression that is only $19.95 but meanwhile he was keep calling me and saying I’m gonna report stolen I said why are you gonna call and report the stolen anyway I went over there and he told me we are gonna charge $195 for cleanup. You better go clean the truck so I did and I have all the picture then when I brought it back, he told me he put 200 miles in the truck and you have to pay dollar 95 per month which he never told me that since I was badly needed a truck and he took advantage of that that whatever he gave me and whatever he does, I have to accept it because I have no other choice if I knew I have to pay Paypal mine and pay for truck. I would never ever rent that truck because it was only six bags of clothes. I have the pictures I have document to show you so this is basically I don’t wanna use the word he called me, but I can say he took advantage of my situation, but by not answering my questions there is camera there there was recording and everything you can check that and I will help you to get to the bottom of that please I would like to ask you kindly to get to the bottom of it and investigate this that this doesn’t happen to another customer but meanwhile, he took money from my account so I appreciate that you let me know something that what’s going on that I’d be in contact with you regarding this matter sincerely yours Jahangir Mousavi

Great service from Mohamed Kamil. Smooth pick up and drop off. I highly recommend U-Haul at this location.

The process of the rental was really smooth. It took me about 10-15 mins to complete all check-in procedures. Mr. Kamil was very helpful. About the truck, even though it was not sparkling clean, it was acceptable for the moving job.

I drove your car for 42 miles and when I got it back I had 4 gallons of gas. But they still charged me $9 based on the fuel gauge. Does that mean your small car is 6.5 gallons for 42 miles? Absolutely not. This is either a deliberate mistake, ignoring your car's gauge or a scam. And I will definitely tell my friends.

The truck was in good condition and well maintained. When I added fuel back in the truck's shut off valve must not be working because fuel started pouring out of the gas tank, thankfully I was standing right there. The overall process for checking in/out was simple.

The app experience is horrible. Extremely glitchy. Only thing that made me give this an average experience is because of the staff at the location. He was very helpful. Outside of that, it wasn’t the best.

There was trash in the truck which hadn't been cleaned. I had to thrown it away. There was also no dolly's like I ordered which caused me to scramble to find something to move my items.

The app has issues not everyone can use it ,renting a truck from this location was seamless other than that issue.

There is no personal contact, and if you need help, or your reservation is not a 24/7 pick up it causes issues. The trucks wipers were loose, the engine light came on, and it had very litt gas in it. The whole thing was horrible

IlFor all the times I've been using U-haul over the past 3 months, I can never understand how you always manage to rack up the charges more than what we had agreed upon; whether it's been double charges for fuel, tolls and/or fuel, despite the fact that I've replenished the fuel that I used . Also, dispite the fact that there are closer U-haul receptacles in the area of pickup and drop off, I'm always given one far away just to rack up the mileage. I just can't understand and can't help but feel tha I've been ripped off, every time.
