The truck was in good condition and well maintained. When I added fuel back in the truck's shut off valve must not be working because fuel started pouring out of the gas tank, thankfully I was standing right there. The overall process for checking in/out was simple.

The app experience is horrible. Extremely glitchy. Only thing that made me give this an average experience is because of the staff at the location. He was very helpful. Outside of that, it wasn’t the best.
SHAUN AThere was trash in the truck which hadn't been cleaned. I had to thrown it away. There was also no dolly's like I ordered which caused me to scramble to find something to move my items.

SHARON HThere is no personal contact, and if you need help, or your reservation is not a 24/7 pick up it causes issues. The trucks wipers were loose, the engine light came on, and it had very litt gas in it. The whole thing was horrible
