The past 2 times I have rented a truck it has not had a full tank of gas. It has been on 1/4 tank. Which is total scam. If Uhaul corp is doing this I will not use Uhaul again, if it is local screw ups then Uhaul corp needs to send out rules. No customer should EVER rent a truck that does NOT have a full tank of gas. It is almost impossible to bring a truck back with 1/4 tank of gas, so Uhaul is getting free gas and that is cheap, terrible policy. If you need to screw over your customers that bad for a buck, then you should not be in business. If this happens again, I will not use Uhaul again. Budget has NEVER rented me a truck without a full tank of gas.

BRUCE LMy rental went well as expected. The only thing I can think could use improvement is a safety concrete lot where trailers are stored is Gravel and rock. When trying to slowly back up to trailer rolling in gravel with someone guiding you you sometimes need to gas it a little because of rocks in lot. This puts employee in a terrible position. I understand paving lot is expensive but would be so much safer. One accident where someone is crushed between trailer and vehicle could cost a lot more and be a horrible accident. It would also improve look of business

CATHERINE TThis location is THE BEST. Friendly staff, gorgeous office, better trucks than other locations. They bring the truck to the office and walk you to it. This is not standard, this is outstanding service! Maybe it IS standard with them, but not other u-haul businesses. They made my move so much smoother.

MARY CIf you insist on using the app, don't park the truck in a way that doesn't allow the pictures the app requires. Make the app work properly and make it more user friendly.

Gerald SPrevious two picking up at this location I got one at Arco off of Hancock. The truck was extremely dirty and in barely usable condition. On top of that they gave away the truck that I reserved and I had to take a smaller truck which cost me twice as much because I had to make more trips. No compensation no apology. I will never go there again.

SUMMER FWe are very displeased that once again Uhaul changed our order 2 weeks after we reserved our trailer & 2 days before pick up. I even received a text to check in & had checked in. Then I get a calm saying you so not have my trailer. UGH. You have a monopoly & continue to treat your loyal customers (look at our account) with disrespect. We managed with the Alternate trailer but it made life very very difficult for us. So unhappy, but we have no choice.
KELLI KYour employees were great, The UHAUL computer system was down, when I arrived for my appt. And other customers with appointments before mine were waiting anxiously. But your employers did a great job issuing rentals filling out the paper work manually.

DEAN DThe good folks at Mohave Storage were extremely friendly and efficient. Picking up the rental and dropping it off were accomplished extremely quickly. The location of the business is also convenient. Their lot is large and easy to negotiate.
SHAWN BI rented the largest truck you guys offer and I was disappointed to see that the truck was pretty dirty on the windows and it looked like it hadn’t had a wash job for God knows how long there must be 10,000 bugs dried up on the hood and the overhead. But in general, what hobby store does a great job
