The lady at Mohave storage insisted that they were closed five minutes prior to their closing time and refused to assist me detaching the trailer. Thankfully I had my dad with me to help me detach the trailer from my vehicle the whole time she just stood there on her phone.I will never use this u-Haul location due to the poor customer service
