Have the equipment reserved actually be at the place that the reservation was made to be at. Making customers drive out of their way and change schedules on a last minute decision, is ridiculous

Mixed feelings. Have dropped off several trucks in past with no problems at this location. First time reserving on-line for this location. Went to check trucks out to see which one would work best. Reserved a 10' but changed to15'. Later was notified truck was unavailable for this sight 2 days in advance. Scrambled and reserved a 15' truck at another location, a relatively new rental sight on the other side of town and wanted to confirm they would still have it and a dozen blankets. Visited new location because a phone call was not productive. They said they did not have any blankets, and I would have to pick-up blankets at another sight. Called the first sight to pick up the blankets and when I went to pick up the blankets I was told a 15' truck just came in and I could have it. 3 U-Haul reservations, 4-5 phone calls and 4 U-Haul visits later I was able to secure a truck. Truck was clean, ramp had a lot of sand on surface. Wife said Rt hand rear turn signal light was out since she followed truck. Thanks to James and especially Samantha for getting me a truck when I needed one.
