Horrible customer service, very rude
Jazmine PWe were not informed that we could have saved a lot of money if we just returned the truck to the same location for our local move. We thought that by saving 10 miles and returning the truck a little bit closer to our destination we would be saving gas and thus money. It turns out we paid quite a bit more than was necessary.
OSCAR VMolinos staff was very helpful and professional. I have no issue with that. My issue is, when I had to fuel the vehicle, something is mechanically wrong with the fuel fill inlet. It took me 15 to 20 minutes to fill half a tank because the fuel kept backing up in the fuel fill tube to the tank. It appeared the ventilation system was blocked, as it kept "burping" back out. This happened with every fuel fill stop at various fuel stations. The vehicle was already loaded when I had to make my first fuel stop. It would have been more of an inconvenience to try and get another vehicle, unload and load another vehicle. Therefore, I just put up with the fueling issue moving my daughter to another state. Overall, the vehicle fit my needs for the move and was surprisingly more comfortable than I expected. But the fueling issue, really left me partly unsatisfied with the rental.

JOHANNES SThere was no padlock lock on the Uhaul. Other than that, the Uhaul was in good condition. It was an inconvenience to have to go buy a lock for the vehicle.
Everett AMy entire experience was horrible from pick up to drop off. The app doesn't work. I strickly followed instructions to peform a no contact pick up and still had to go inside to speak with a representative. The representative blamed me after I followed their instruction. I was told to go to another location to pick up a floor dolly but once I said "this is so unprofessional", the representative eventually provided the dolly. The truck had fuel pump issues that made it so difficult to fill the tank. After drop off I told the representative about the fuel pumping issue and they said they already knew about it. During drop off there was some technical difficulties with the Uhaul application. I spent 30 minutes trying to submit the photo of the milage and fuel like 20 times and it still didn't work. I went inside the place of business and the representative confirmed the app was not working. They had to call customer service just to check me out. This was overall a terrible experience. Uhaul please do better.
Kerry YHad to 30 minutes just to be helped. Never got my dolly. When I returned the uhaul I could not find the worker to inform him of this.
BRADY BUhaul truck was parked back in a salvage yard. Needed to drive it through the salvage yard to get out. Although I put in to use my mobile pick up and it allowed me to do so, when I got there I couldn’t do that and needed to use the counter. This delayed me an hour because my rental began at 9:00 and they didn’t open until 10:00. Although I only drove 25 miles, I put two gallons of gas in to make certain that the gas gauge was well above where it was from when I picked it up. He charged me for an additional 3 gallons which I disputed with corporate and got my money back.
