JOHANNES SThere was no padlock lock on the Uhaul. Other than that, the Uhaul was in good condition. It was an inconvenience to have to go buy a lock for the vehicle.
Everett AMy entire experience was horrible from pick up to drop off. The app doesn't work. I strickly followed instructions to peform a no contact pick up and still had to go inside to speak with a representative. The representative blamed me after I followed their instruction. I was told to go to another location to pick up a floor dolly but once I said "this is so unprofessional", the representative eventually provided the dolly. The truck had fuel pump issues that made it so difficult to fill the tank. After drop off I told the representative about the fuel pumping issue and they said they already knew about it. During drop off there was some technical difficulties with the Uhaul application. I spent 30 minutes trying to submit the photo of the milage and fuel like 20 times and it still didn't work. I went inside the place of business and the representative confirmed the app was not working. They had to call customer service just to check me out. This was overall a terrible experience. Uhaul please do better.
Kerry YHad to 30 minutes just to be helped. Never got my dolly. When I returned the uhaul I could not find the worker to inform him of this.
BRADY BUhaul truck was parked back in a salvage yard. Needed to drive it through the salvage yard to get out. Although I put in to use my mobile pick up and it allowed me to do so, when I got there I couldn’t do that and needed to use the counter. This delayed me an hour because my rental began at 9:00 and they didn’t open until 10:00. Although I only drove 25 miles, I put two gallons of gas in to make certain that the gas gauge was well above where it was from when I picked it up. He charged me for an additional 3 gallons which I disputed with corporate and got my money back.
