Ndu helped me with my issues and did a great job helping me after I turned in my rental. Things that the uhaul location should have said: gas if we replace it is 6.75 a gallon instead of I don't know. And the van does.need to be wiped down, there were spills and dust..clean for the most part, only a little trash.

Very nice people running this location. Easy pickup and drop off, online booking and paperless transaction topped off a great experience. Rented a cargo van that was clean and had only 1500 miles on it. Will rent from this location again without hesitation.

STELLA MHistorically when I have rented one of your trucks I was given the usual paperwork with instructions on refueling the vehicle and informed of the per mile charge, which I paid at the time the van was returned. This time I used the smartphone option but didn’t catch the fact the “paperwork” is virtual/electronic and - apparently - I need to provide an upfront estimate as to the distance I would be driving. This estimate was used to charge my card in advance, with a refund generated if I drove fewer miles than predicted. I found this a bit unconventional and it was only when I received the receipts afterward that I realized I was indeed provided everything I had been given during prior rentals. The gas tank on the van I rented was not full and so I was unsure how to gauge how much gasoline to add prior to returning the vehicle. I estimated an amount based on the miles driven but still was charged for fuel at a rate considerably higher than I paid at the gas station a couple of blocks from the rental center. I brought this to the attention of your customer service department and was promptly credited the amount. (Thank you) but perhaps the refueling policy could be made more straightforward to the customer? Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience - as I have been every time I rent from U Haul
