Poor customer service. The person said the vehicle was not available and wouldn’t help me. I had to call U Haul who then had to call the location to tell them the truck had not been properly checked in from the previous rental. It was only then that the person helped me. This wasted 45 minutes of my time and I was on a time crunch. Unacceptable.

Now U-Haul has held me responsible for someone else’s possibly illegal activities. Do not rent from this location..
SEAN HThe car check engine light was on. Was filthy with no windshield fluid. Car smelt of urine. Def my last time using U-Haul. I feel as if my charge should be discounted. Never have I had a more filthy car from uhaul
