I left this review on google and I will add it here as well - I always rent your trucks and usually I’m very happy and satisfied, but today’s experience was totally different than all my previous rentals: This was the worst U-Haul experience I had: - They have no U-Haul regular office and no U-Haul supplies, instead it’s a clothing store - when I entered the store, it was too smelly - the are playing a loud prayer in the store (this felt like a mosque and not a U-Haul store) - they gave me a Beater truck, when you drive you hear every weird sound coming from the body and the engine - the truck was dirty in the diver and passengers side

I was told it would be around 40$ when renting but after taxes it was almost 90$ double the amount

The rental pickup location was a different one, we were asked to go here after going to the original location, causing us more milage on the truck then received a invoice for significantly higher amount than should be for. I was given a ticket number(5594960.) hoping someone will look into this and resolve it .

I had to do all the work myself. No help with vehicle pickup.

I booked the trailer without $10 insurance coverage, and the receipt that comes on the phone is so small that I could not read it and it was charged when I picked up anyway. The location otherwise was excellent but I would not recommend it based on the fact that i was not charged what i ordered and agreed to.

There was no one at the location at the reservation time. After multiple calls, someone named Ali said that they will be there. I had to about an hour before someone showed up but they too were not an employee. After multiple messages I was given the key to the vehicle with some paperwork completed online. Even upon return the designated employee was not there. I was told I will be contacted by Ali but never heard back. I was also overcharged and have not been able to get in touch with them despite multiple messages. Worst experience at a uhaul. No customer service. Would not recommend this location.

close out the rental formally while in person. they assured me I'd get an email to confirm that the rental was returned. I had to call them the next day when I hadn't received anything 24 hours later.

Vehicle needs a clean/wash on the inside cargo area and driver area. It smells terrible.

Van's left side mirror was broken; I couldn't see the cars behind me while driving. And I filled up with more fuel than when I picked up the truck, which I have documented with pictures. Even though I was charged an extra $10 for fuel.

Warning on Dashboard Front Driver Side Tire was low, had to put air in it. Driver's side mirror was damaged/glass broken, needs to be repaired.
