Equipment had dirt and debris in the unit! Luckily I clean when I brought it back so I wouldn’t be blamed for it

LIAQAT RFriendly and great service
MOHIT TThe van was ok clean. The interior cabin was dusty and dirty but because I was in urgent need I had to take it. Secondly I had also booked a dolly for moving furniture which was not available at the location. When I said without the dolly I will be unable to do my moving job the location told me to go to other u hauls and find it my self. Then when I said it doesn’t make sense for me to do this at my time I was told to call u haul head office and complain and that they can’t do anything. That is not the customer service I have experienced or expect from u haul. I would never recommend this location to any one.
