Everything was a lie!!!! Please check the cameras because I was ther early returning the truck! And I was charge!!!! Additional to this check the previews rent and they left the truck without gas and I return the truck like the same !!!!!! Why do you charge money for that! I’m upset because the wheel was flat and I was paying for help and the company left me because your company take 5 hours to charge it !!!!!!! Please replay to me by phone !!!! No text no email!

Make sure items that are rented are all there. I paid to use utility dolly and it wasn’t included. I had to call and request a refund for it

I am used to having a u-haul representative at the location to help with pick up and turn in. I am not happy with the electronic system at all. We had a very hard time finding the key boxes at his site. Signage is extremely poor at this location.

I will never, never rent again from a remote site but also you stated this as an open hours site which is so completely untrue. I know for a fact that you did not know that because several of the operators we talked with thought there were customer hours on site. It took us 2 hours and one minute and several phone calls that operators would leave us instead of continue with us until we were successful. Finally, we got a key and that timeline was with online pre registration. If it is all possible I will never use U-haul again. This dealer should not get any commissions from you and not be a dealer ever. So frustrated and extremely disappointed.

It was a little confusing finding the unmanned location right away because of no signage out front. After a call to Uhaul support, I was able to get checked out & find where to drop the keys off.

This was the worst experience I have ever had period. I was nearly to hours there and I never got truck. I am not sure if I will even use U-Haul again

It was a little confusing dropping off the rental truck as the signage was not very visible and no one on site to help. I did however, get it done.

Had to call U-Haul because could not retrieve the keys for the truck they called the manage he was helpful in getting them. There was no equipment or blankets in the truck that I had ordered dolly, furniture dolly and blankets.

I will NEVER use Uhaul again!!! I was forced to go to a remote location and I had the Uhaul for 3 hours!!! They charged me over $158.00, when it should not have been over $50! I will let everyone I know what crooks YOU ARE!!!!

This is the biggest joke going.. they provide a number and no one can help you… I dropped the keys in the box and locked the truck because the lady on the phone says to do so… now you have to fill out a bunch of stuff online with the keys needed.. someone should know the process if they answer the phone at UHaul.

The Worst!!! This is an unstaffed area. Signage was poor and then became non-existent. The actual self drop off box was on the side of a building and not visible from the parking lot. A nightmare!!!

Requested a dolly, and blankets paid for. Missing out of truck. Was on the phone for an hour trying to check into truck while both app and website were down and giving errors for self check in. One of the tires was low and had a nail in it. Would like compensation for overall poor equipment and hassle.

This location is a relatively unmarked parking lot behind a strip mall. Thankfully there was one other haul parked there or I would never have found it

Impossible to locate, no signs anywhere, lock box is tucked away on the side of a building, tried calling them and it was auto forwarded to u haul off site, scheduled to pick up at 11:30 no number to call saying I was running late, but they don’t open until 1pm anyway, check engine light came on within a few miles of picking up the truck, windshield had a chip in it, most frustrating experience ever

No one at the location. My pickup location was changed 15 minutes prior to pick up. Had to sit on hold for over 30 minutes just to get the key. Was a larger truck than I ordered. Took over an hour all together just to pick up the truck.

Picking up my Uhaul was not a positive experience. The location I selected to pick up from (1301 SE Dixie Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994) did not have any Uhaul trucks even though I had a reservation. When I called the company, they found me a truck at a different location (the one listed on this evaluation). I did not have a vehicle to get to these locations, I had to take an Lyft. I needed to take an additional Lyft to get to the new location where my truck was. This location was a "Contactless Only" pick up. I had to use the app and get the key through a keybox. I specifically did not select this option in my original reservation. This new location that was found for me only provided me with this option. I had to do it because I needed a truck and there was no other option/time.

No Uhaul road signs leading to the drop off location. Drove past it and had to circle back. Was charged for 2 EXTRA MILES BECAUSE OF THEIR HIDDEN LOCATION!! There are NO IDENTIFYING SIGNS ON THE BUILDING!! The Uhaul drop off sign in the parking lot leads you AWAY FROM the key drop box.

Horrible experience…had my pick-up location changed which was fine. However, when I arrived I came to the realization that there was no office or representative but only 9 lock to which I had no combination after I checked in for my reservation. So…I was staring at my rental truck with no key in hand. Spent almost 2 hours (including over an hour on hold with customer service) before I spoke to someone that actually formed a plan and got me a new (larger) truck. I was expecting some sort of refund or discount given the fact that I had to pay movers double because I kept them waiting over 3 hours but that didn’t happen either. I can see how the virtual 24/7 pick-up would be convenient but i would never attempt again without a UHaul employee on site. Not sure if I’ll ever use this company again. This is actually the second time I’ve had complications and wanted to try again.
