There were NO signs on the street to show where the location was. It was behind a shopping plaza. I rode around in circles trying to find it. Then there was a whole procedure on taking pictures etc that I wasn't expecting. Since it was a Sunday, there were no personnel on site.
BETSY TThe truck was filthy, they over charged us by almost double. We are loyal u-haul customers but will have to think twice after this experience.

Ramon HGranted, I dropped off the truck after hours so there were no personnel to be helpful. Very poor signage (like no apparent U-Haul sign on the street) however made getting to the property difficult. (it's behind a strip mall) the Key Drop is also difficult to locate as the Picture in the app apparently needs to be updated. Can't say the property wasn't clean (it was) but it certainly was not what I would call "inviting". I didn't want to answer the "Clean and inviting question because it is a 50/50 answer, as for the recommend to a friend... kind of wanted to leave that blank as well as I'm undecided due to a lack of interaction. However, your form insists so you get negative answers.
