The drop off was closed when we brought it back on Sunday. We just left the keys. My boyfriend didn’t know we needed to do anything else so because I had all the information with me and we were back at the house. So I got my bill for the gas today which is fine I understand that. No other comments see my comments above on trying to pick up our U-Haul where we rented it from in Springhill

Next Be straight up with the process cz it was deceptive. Was told this would be $30 including the mileage.. barely moved half a Bar and was charged $15 for gas and $30 for miles.. and $15 coverage charge which was never discussed. Expected $50 or so to be charged and turned out to be twice as much. Will never do that again for a 2 hr rent for a up the road drop off. Negative experience at this specific location!!!!

There was no one to help and no paperwork signed Steve thee employee did not know what to do except to take the keys from us. He stated he’d let the rental guy know a truck was back. Overall the entire experience from start to finish was horrible

I forgot to refill. It wasn't worth $21.20 to fill to limit. I agree I forgot but that was a ridiculous about to charge for gas. I no that's was in the contract. I rented three U-Haul truck is one month. Now I forgot to refill the last one I'm being overcharged glass. Now I no how this company operates. Thanks but I hope I don't have to use anytime soon.

The location had horrible customer service. Never explained to us as first time renters if there was a specific time on the turn in day that we needed to turn the truck in. We were 40 minutes late and charged for an entire day extra as well as insurance for another day! Then when I called to talk about it the guy refused to even budge claiming it wasn’t his fault and that I should have known the rules! It may sound small but when running a business you should really explain things and not fast forward through everything just to trick people and make a quick buck!!

Ok, you changed my location to a new place at Moneyman Pawn, it was 5 miles further south but you did not change my computed miles, you left it at 32 miles. When you tell me no trucks were available at my original location, when over TEN trucks were sitting on the lot I am not going to flex next time, will take the one I book. The guy at the new location that rented to me was the BEST customer service agent I have dealt with in YEARS, He was very friendly and good knowledge and personality. Corporate changed locations, this is what it really is between the two Uhaul stores, NOT 32 miles.This is the mileage between the two locations PER GOOGLE MAPS 48 min 37.7 miles via I-275 N Fastest route, the usual traffic This route has tolls. DETAILS 53 min 44.2 miles via US-301 N and I-275 N You should credit me back the excess miles, I took the second route because from your location you can only turn right and uturns were not allowed for over a mile, by then I was at I-75

We could not use the truck and when asking to switch it we were told we would have to pay full amount and fees plus the new one. We had gone less then 10 miles round trip as the item would not go on truck. We were also qouted a different mileage rate when called to Rent and then found a different rate on the contract when we went to return. I know this business and have used them in past and sent many people to them. I will not be back.

Buy trucks that don't have the turn radius of the space shuttle and deodorizer in the cab wouldn't hurt, clean the seats off after every use.

I reserved a truck online and then had to call this location to change my reservation and they were quick to handle my situation. I ended up getting the truck in the evening and started my move early in the morning. This location had a quick check in and return process. Thank you.

Engine light came on, we had to call roadside assistance twice, they told us to keep going and light flashed the whole trip. Truck also pulled to the left making driving difficult. Not a pleasant experience.

The Service was pretty good but was very disappointed by the fact that the rep. showed no concern about the leaky  truck and the damage done to my boxes because of the leak. I was not offered any kind of discount  or any type of resolution except an *oh well^. I think next time I will use budget or another company that will show a lot more concern for their cystomers.

This is the third time I have rented a vehicle from this location within the past 9 months. I am not sure why I was charged $5.00 for pads that I didn't ask for or use for this rental. I would like a refund.

These people charge me extra for gas after I put the gas in myself and had it at the exact amount I took it from so unfair it was awful when I called to asked to check they denied the gas amount stated that the truck was no longer there and that they could not check worst experience ever will not go back nor recommend anyone bunch of liars charge my account extra for no reason at all ??????

The totally unorganized with the process, took way too much time to get us going, even with the precheck I did on line which seemed like a waste of even more time. I was paying help to move and they had to wait for the truck? You should pay me for the time wasted for them to locate the key to the truck.

Truck was fine, however I was told if I am back after hours, simply drop keys in the dropbox...what they did not mention, is I would be charged an extra day. Just be sure when renting to ask about such charges.

I rented the van; and right after I left the lot, my friend I was helping called and cancelled. I turned around immediately and told the person at the Uhaul place what happened, but he still charged me the full rental and the couple miles I used. Because I was obviously unable to use it because I was back in under 10 min, I believe I shouldn't have been charged.

The fuel gauge would not register correctly would only show half when full , and power steering went out about 60 miles into trip , check engine light came on as soon as we had truck loaded , we had truck packed tight , and extremely tight time frame as to when we had to be in Illinois , I was not going to call roadside assistance unless we were not moving I had no help to load and reload such a large truck and had heard all the uhaul horror stories of waiting hours while mechanics try to repair only to unload switch trucks etc

UHAUL RESERVATIONS ARE TOTAL BS. Instead of emailing me less than 12 hours before my original pick up with a change in TIME AND LOCATION, why not just provide the equipment at the time and location originally scheduled for? Or make your online reservation process legitimate by accurately reflecting what is actually available, where and when. I scheduled movers to arrive at noon and received an email the night before changing the truck pick up for noon instead of 9am, and to a location nowhere near where I chose to pick up. Needless to say, it screwed up the move in more ways than one. Not the fault of either location but of UHAUL, but there isn't a place to rate UHAUL, just review the drop off and pick up locations. This location couldn't understand why I would be upset that my truck and hauler weren't available when and where UHAUL said they would be available. Its a pawn shop so they don't care. The guys I dealt with had the personalities of people that make their living by giving "loans" to desperate people or criminals, i.e. not nice, not friendly, not helpful.
