The drop off was closed when we brought it back on Sunday. We just left the keys. My boyfriend didn’t know we needed to do anything else so because I had all the information with me and we were back at the house. So I got my bill for the gas today which is fine I understand that. No other comments see my comments above on trying to pick up our U-Haul where we rented it from in Springhill

Next Be straight up with the process cz it was deceptive. Was told this would be $30 including the mileage.. barely moved half a Bar and was charged $15 for gas and $30 for miles.. and $15 coverage charge which was never discussed. Expected $50 or so to be charged and turned out to be twice as much. Will never do that again for a 2 hr rent for a up the road drop off. Negative experience at this specific location!!!!

There was no one to help and no paperwork signed Steve thee employee did not know what to do except to take the keys from us. He stated he’d let the rental guy know a truck was back. Overall the entire experience from start to finish was horrible

I forgot to refill. It wasn't worth $21.20 to fill to limit. I agree I forgot but that was a ridiculous about to charge for gas. I no that's was in the contract. I rented three U-Haul truck is one month. Now I forgot to refill the last one I'm being overcharged glass. Now I no how this company operates. Thanks but I hope I don't have to use anytime soon.

The guy was great his name was Ron. I accidentally reserved wrong size and he changed to the smaller one with no attitude. I work retail and know it could be frustrating and appreciate his patience

The location had horrible customer service. Never explained to us as first time renters if there was a specific time on the turn in day that we needed to turn the truck in. We were 40 minutes late and charged for an entire day extra as well as insurance for another day! Then when I called to talk about it the guy refused to even budge claiming it wasn’t his fault and that I should have known the rules! It may sound small but when running a business you should really explain things and not fast forward through everything just to trick people and make a quick buck!!
