Clerk was unaware of how to lookup reservation. I had to call customer support who got in contact with his manager to help him out. Further, had to ask for assistance hooking up trailer. My hitch was a little too tall, did not like the angle. Went to next nearest U-Haul location to get a better hitch. That location was very helpful, Griffin Storage.

The drop off location was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I have rented multiple trailers, car haulers and trucks from UHaul. The drop off was behind the building. There was barely room to back in. The ground was full of large rocks. There was no assistance from the person in the store. He did not come to check the trailer after I disconnected so why did I have to return during business hours? If I had known that, I would have returned it to the Bowling Alley Lane location.
Richard JFor starters follow the reservation that was made, don’t be hateful due to the costumer, keep all maintenance done on the equipment. I had to clean the back before putting my stuff in it, it had a tire maintenance light on when I got it as well as one for the gas cap. Then had to call costumer service to change the drop off location and the man was also rude. I am new to this area and only knew of one drop off place I had no idea where to others were. I did everything I was supposed to do and they are still trying to charge me another 37 dollars. Which no explanation as to why. U-Haul was a big disappointment from the beginning because the first reservation the place did not even have a truck or my reservation. I Pray I never have to use U-Haul again. Bad r yall the way around.

Tracy RThis location was at a gas station which was convenient but the employee asked for the keys and said bye. I was confused as he didn't check the vehicle for damage, mileage or verify that the gas had returned to the correct level. I asked for a receipt and he said he'd send it later. There were no other customers in the store at this time so I asked for the receipt before I left.

FERMIN WOver charging me. Charging Extra day I did not have the truck. Can not get anyone to contact me back after multiple emails and disputes online and over the phone. Tried to charge me extra upfront. When I had to keep truck extra day due to an emergency but contacted uhaul.. this store threatened to call and report truck stolen. And then when I returned it.. tried to say I never paid anything upfront and trying to charge me extra 100 bucks more than what I owe for extra time I had to keep truck. No one will fix this and keep trying to charge my card.

Erica EThe truck was missing the driver's side visor, which needed to be reattached (it was lying on the dashboard). The driver's seat back adjustor lever was broken, so the seat was very straight up and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the truck was in good shape.

Called UHAUL and the lady with UHAUL was very helpful and spoke directly with the man at the gas station that I picked the UHAUL up at. I would never refer anyone to pick a UHAUL up at that location.

WILLIAM HIt's not their fault. It's a convenience store and the man was helpful, but I would have to wait for regular customers. As a side note, if uhaul had adapters for pickup to 4 wire lights for sale for example, it might be a money maker for uhaul and a nice touch for customers.

Michael EI did not appreciate my location being changed. I picked my original location purposely with a month advance reservation. Having to drive an additional 30 further down the road almost made me miss my pick up time. Further, I choose a UHaul company location for the professionalism and safety of location. The neighborhood gas station was difficult, not an area if town I would have picked up from. and being a gas station the priority of the "attendant " was to the gas and convenience store customers. The excuse of not having the truck at a UHAUL store is unacceptable, the trucks have WHEELS and could have been moved to that location. I made the reservation well in advance to accommodate the movement of inventory.
Katherine SThe man was very rude and dismissive. He gave me 1 total at pick up and charged my card something different, a higher amount. When I asked why he said "probably a deposit or something". Mind you I rented the same thing and time frame with the same size truck the day before and the total given was the same and no deposit was charged and I paid the same way... I was made to return the truck almost an hour early due to him deciding to close at at 8pm instead of 10pm as his door stated. I was sent a text saying if it was not returned by 7:30/8pm for check in and I returned it at 8:30pm which was my turn in time that I would be charged a 20.00 processing fee for him to turn it in the next morning.. So I didn't get my 4 hours and got nothing but rude and hateful attitude from the jerk I rented it from.

SCOTT YMuch prefer Pike Auto. Tom makes sure the trucks are clean, prepped and ready to go. The location I rented from today didn’t have the truck prepped, I had to put my own rental blankets in the truck, the dealer gave me the wrong key to the truck so I spent time trying to get the door open with the wrong keys, and when I tried to document previous damage the link in the contract went to a dead Uhaul page (the dead page and bad link is probably corporate’s fault). The truck had 133K miles with an exhaust leak and catalytic rattle that made me think the truck had been high centered and pulled off doing damage. The truck had restricted power due to the damage. To top it off, during this rental, Uhaul called to ask if I return a trailer that I rented for 4 hours, was billed for the day of rental and their system still showed as out.
david fMost individual UHaul facilities are not clearly marked, inside or outside. It is difficult to identify when they are mixed in with other businesses. So I would like to see you start there.

JUSTIN LOnline reservation was for 24/7 pickup. The reservation website allowed me to make the reservation and sent me a confirmation. However, this location doesn’t do the mobile pickup. I was supposed to pick it up at 7 am. A wonderfully nice person in the Griffin regional office helped me with a new pick up time of 9:15. She confirmed with the manager that he would be there. He showed up at 10 and was rude.

TERRY HThis was not the location we originally reserved from. We made our reservation at a place that had the $50 guarantee that they would have our truck in that spot. Instead we were given a different truck in a different spot without being asked if that worked for us. And of course, when I mentioned the $50 guarantee to 3 customer support agents they brushed it off and moved on to my next question.
