Shady looking gas station with only 1 employee. The app didn't work for taking pictures of the trailer on the pickup part as it usually does. The trailer was stored in a sketchy unmaintained area behind the gas station.

Trailer was infested with ants which went from the trailer to my truck. The lot was muddy and small with only a narrow opening beside the building. It was difficult to even get in to pick up the trailer and getting out I had to switch to 4 wheel drive because of the mud and the slope. Getting out got mud all over the trailer and my truck. Returning the trailer was at least as difficult, having to back in through the narrow opening along the side of the building. I returned it cleaner than I got it. No ants. I am still trying to get the ants out of my truck. Otherwise the trailer worked well and I was glad to have it.
Brennan MThe gentleman at this location was very kind, but did not know how to use the equipment and we had to go an hour out of our way even to get here because of an issue at our original Uhaul location. In addition, the equipment was all stored in a muddy grass patch behind the (very shady) gas station and you had to jump a curb to even get to it, which scraped the entire undercarriage of our car. There was only one employee, so he was serving the gas station customers while trying to help us. It was one of the most awful experiences.
Chara MClerk was unaware of how to lookup reservation. I had to call customer support who got in contact with his manager to help him out. Further, had to ask for assistance hooking up trailer. My hitch was a little too tall, did not like the angle. Went to next nearest U-Haul location to get a better hitch. That location was very helpful, Griffin Storage.
GARY LThe drop off location was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I have rented multiple trailers, car haulers and trucks from UHaul. The drop off was behind the building. There was barely room to back in. The ground was full of large rocks. There was no assistance from the person in the store. He did not come to check the trailer after I disconnected so why did I have to return during business hours? If I had known that, I would have returned it to the Bowling Alley Lane location.
