Butler KFor those that have requested an earlier pickup using the mobile app, have any requested dollies, pads etc. in the truck already. Ours were not so we started packing the truck and I went back to the location to get this additional equipment. The person working was both personable and professional and worked with me to have a satisfied customer from their mistake.

Stephen JI'm a u-haul customer, I've been renting from you guys for years. I've rented a few times in the past year or so. I'm very disappointed in this last rental as I had made a reservation almost 3 weeks prior to my move date and there were no availabilities in my area. I had to drive 54 miles out of my way to pick a truck up. On 8/12/2021 I drove an hour to get the truck which was 54 miles there and the same distance back so I put 108 miles on my car just to go get the truck and 2 and a half hours of my time just to have a truck for my move. Then 54 miles on the uhaul and the gas for me which I don't feel was fair to me considering uhaul is about 5 mins from old house.
JENNY MIt was a pleasure to rent the truck from such a friendly and efficient office. I will definitely make Montague Mechanical my go-to place for truck rentals.

Susan SRidiculous that I had to travel 1 hour 20 minutes from home just to pick up the trailer when there were plenty of locations near me. Once trailer was loaded the chains dragged on the ground and needed adjusting.
R WThe Uhaul man was very helpful and friendly. We weren’t made to feel like we were annoying or bothering him. Even though Uhaul is not his primary job, he patiently answered questions .
RICHARD PThe windshield was filthy on the inside and made it difficult and dangerous to see out when heading west into the sun. I left a paper towel inside to show I wrote a “w” on window And tried to clean window and was then charged $30.00 for “ cleaning”. I find it hard to imagine that I would be charged $30 when I couldn’t see and tried to wipe it and left paper towel there.
Sharon MI am very dissatisfied about the renting process, I was given the truck size and location and then at the last minute was not. I ended having to do 4 trips to move my stuff and paying almost 600 dollars. I will never use this company again. You call and you get hung up on and disconnected and no one can give you straight answer. I have filed a complaint and hope to find a solution, if that does not happen I will be contacting the better business bureau and put EVERYTHING about my experience on social media. thank you

EDWIN MAfter renting a month in advance, the night before I need it, UHaul moved the truck pickup location 30 mins. away. I had no transportation. While Ryan at the location was as helpful as he could have been, the whole move was totally inconvenient and cost more money. I filed a complaint with a pleasant call center operator who opened a complaint and told me I'd hear from someone in 72 hours (never did). Here's what you can improve: DON'T DO THAT AGAIN TO A CUSTOMER
